Just around the corner from the Spanish Steps, this plush little apartment is the perfect getaway to Rome. Walk just two minutes and you’re on Via Condotti, with its famed luxury shops and boutiques, running all the way to the Piazza di Spagna. You’re also within easy walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and buzzing Piazza Navona.

Apart from its super central location, this apartment has lots going for it. Natural light fills the living room from traditional old windows. From here, you can watch the world go by on your classically Roman street. Herringbone floors and high ceilings keep things feeling grand, and the palette of greys and teals makes for a soothing spot to return to after a day in the city. We love the enclosed balcony, where a dining area is surrounded on all sides by glass – the perfect sunny breakfast spot. There’s also a tiny terrace that catches rays of sunshine in the middle of the day, painted sunshine-yellow and set up with a bistro table.
*There is no parking with this apartment, but you're in the centre of Rome within easy walking distance of all the major sights
*Two guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for infants, just ask
*The apartment is on the third floor but there is a lift in the building
*Access to the internal terrace is through the single bedroom
*It's worth noting that the mattresses here are on the firmer side, so not everyone might find them comfortable
