Located on a quiet residential street, this home is perfectly located to reach the amenities including shops and restaurants in Cala D’Or’s centre. Plus, with two sandy beaches both reachable within just seven minutes on foot, you can spend your days splashing in the waves, building sandcastles, or simply relaxing as you enjoy the views and soothing soundscape.
Start your mornings with a glass of jugo de naranja on the sun-bathed balcony as you admire the incredible views stretching out to the ocean. Then head to the beach or spend leisurely hours lounging in the sunshine before cooling off in the waters of your private swimming pool. When you need a moment of shade, why not sit back with a good book on the comfortable outdoor seating under the shaded pergola?
In the evening, sliding doors connect the kitchen to a small porch with a dining table creating the perfect area to enjoy a meal of Spanish tapas. Or, take advantage of the barbecue to grill your pinchos.
