Set less than a ten-minute walk from the pubs, cafes and restaurants of Dartmouth, this home is ideal for any group on a trip to South Devon. Garage parking is available on the premises – a rarity in this area – and should you want to escape to the beach, Blackpool Sands is a ten-minute drive away. The outside space steals the show here – there's a patio overlooking the town and a large garden with a picnic table. Inside, the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable bedrooms guarantee a stress-free break. It's a little dated (although we think it's cosy), but the fantastic location more than makes up for the interiors.
*Your host asks for cars to be parked in the garage and not on the steep drive due to access requirements. There's enough space for one medium car.
*The interior of this home is a little dated, and we think the patio could use a refresh. It may not suit everyone's tastes.
*This home is accessed via twelve steps. While there's an en-suite bedroom on the ground floor, the remaining two bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs.
