If you're paying a visit to Seville and looking for a beautiful and unique home that will add to the experience, this probably ain't it. However, solo travellers or couples who are sure that they'll be spending most of their time exploring the city and only want a solid base to return to late at night will be more than happy with this option.

The design is certainly simple, but it's been executed rather well. Cleansingly white walls lend an innate sense of brightness, as does the minimalist kitchen – even if it's a little short on surface space and an oven. Although parts of it, like the bathroom, feel super-sleek, you can also see that some of the building's historic features have been retained during recent renovations, such as the window frames and wooden beams.

One thing that can't be quibbled with is just how good the location is. The leafy Jardines de Murillo is all of a minute's walk away, while the cathedral only takes five minutes to reach on foot. The famous Mushrooms of Seville are less than a quarter of an hour away, too.
