One of Anastasia Island's newest additions, this marvellous home will bring immense joy to those who are happiest when they're close to the sea. Not only is there a 270-foot pier from which to go boating or fishing, but there are some beautiful coastal views to be enjoyed from the terrace – better still, from the comfort of the hot tub or the swimming pool. Be sure to keep an eye out for local wildlife such as dolphins, turtles and ospreys.

As you would hope from a home with such a prime location, there are no shortages of windows and glass doors running around the walls, which is great for both gazing out and bringing lots of natural light into the living quarters. There's a contemporary sleekness to the interior design that we appreciate, all soothing whites, clean lines and tasteful minimalism.

Although guests get the run of a barbecue and a pair of bars on the home's decks, there are lots of restaurants and drinking spots in the surrounding area. Both St Augustine's old town and Anastasia State Park can be easily reached on foot, too.
*The home is spread over two floors with no elevator, but there's a bedroom on the ground level – please note that there's no wheelchair access
*There’s free parking for up to five to six cars on the driveway and additional garage space might be available
*There are also three bicycles available for guests to use, too
