Puig Maria
The show-stopping views of the Mallorcan countryside and the charming Old Town of Pollensa first caught our eye at this villa perched on the hillsides of the Puig Maria mountain. While some of the interiors may be a little dated for some, there’s no denying this place hasn’t got character and wooden shutters in spades. Those travelling with younger children may find those low walls with drops within the villa grounds and ladder effect railings a little hair-raising – little ones will need to be supervised at all times. But you can’t beat its location – with the Old Town of Pollensa within walking distance and the gently sloping sands of Puerto Pollensa just a short spin away.
*For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night
*The Old Town of Pollensa is within walking distance however, due to the hillside location of the villa, we do not recommend this walk for those with limited mobility
*Each bedroom has its own bathroom
*Due to the elevated position of this property, there are some low walls with drops within the villa grounds and ladder effect railings and balconies – please take extra care when accessing these areas and ensure that children are supervised at all times
