Sitting just a mere 50 metres from the beach, this seaside home invites endless relaxation on the nearby sands and ample sun-soaking on the shared terrace and around the communal pine-dotted grounds. It’s laid out over three floors with two interconnecting bedrooms on a partial basement level, and the main bedroom is open to the stairs leading into the living area. Given its layout, we think it’s best suited to tight-knit groups who don’t mind sharing their space. But once you step outside, there’s more than enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the stunning surrounding nature. When it comes to exploring, the village of Pefkochori is 2 kilometres away and you’ll find beach bars and restaurants within walking distance too.

*Two of the bedrooms are located on the lower floor that is partially underground – as it's cooler, there are only ceiling fans here

*The second and third bedrooms are interconnected – you'll need to go through the twin room to access the double bedroom
*There's no door between the upstairs bedroom and the stairs that lead to the living area and kitchen
*The terrace and grounds are shared with the neighbouring home – beach access is also shared
