The Lion's Eye
This villa can be found in San Vito dei Normanni, a village in Brindisi. It’s 10 kilometres from Ostuni, Italy’s White City, as well as from Torre Guaceto Reserve, so there’s plenty to explore nearby – though you’ll definitely need to hire a car. We like the simple, clean lines of the villa, but its real appeal is the outside space. The fenced garden has swing seats, a shaded veranda and, best of all, a large private swimming pool. There are only two bathrooms for eight guests, but the outdoor shower comes in handy for rinsing off after trips to the beach.
*Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free on-street parking here.
*For those with reduced mobility, this home is all on one floor.
*There are desks here if you need to catch up on work during your stay – they’re in the bedrooms though so aren’t entirely private.
*A double sofa bed in the living room can be used for alternative sleeping arrangements.
