A fantastic little villa, spotlessly clean, well equipped. Nice pool and plenty of loungers, seats and tables for outdoor living. Located in a safe, quiet development not too close too the noisier parts of town, but close enough that a pleasant walk takes you there. Could not find fault with anything at all here. The welcome pack on arrival is a really nice touch. In addition the owners were superbly attentive and very helpful indeed. In all - PERFECT !!

We found this villa absolutely perfect for us. It is a little out of the centre but if you get fed up walking the taxis are cheap. would definitely stay again.

Had a really relaxing and enjoyable stay at this lovely villa. Very spacious for our family and a lovely swimming pool which was warm for our little grand-daughter. Very quiet and safe area. We could not fault our stay and would highly recommend this villa

As a family we thoroughly enjoyed our time, made more special by the pleasure we had to see the children splashing about in the pool every day (some days multiple dips were had!).

We have stayed in the villa 3 times now, the latest in September 2013. It's well placed in a private completed estate, close to the beach and a 15 minute walk to Playa Blanca centre with lovely restaurants and pubs. The villa is well equiped, modern and clean, with 4 bedrooms (2 en suite) and 3 of them opening on to the pool area. There's a putting green to use if it's too hot and a heated pool for spring or autumn visits. We're looking forward to getting back there this autumn.

I stayed with friends end of May for two weeks and just loved the villa. It was huge 3 bathrooms so never a queue for the shower. The villa had everything that you needed, kitchen had all utensils, kitchen was so spacious plenty of cupboard space. Most of the time was spent outside and the Pool was heated which was a bonus as most people we spoke to had cold pools. The welcome pack was a nice touch and came in handy as we arrived late and could make a little snack before bed. The location was not bad, there is a mini supermarket attached to the nearby Hotel. We used the hyperdino supermarket (so cheap ) in the centre €3.50 in taxi. I would recommend the Tipico Canario restaurant on beach front, next to the Chinese lovely meal. I would stay here again, nice, peaceful, lots of space good location.

We have just returned from a week in Patricks Villa after bringing in the New Year in sunny Playa Blanca. We had a great time and would thoroughly recommend the Villa to anyone. We travelled with our Daughter, her partner and our two grandchildren age 6 and 3. The kids had never travelled abroad before and they had a ball. The villa is huge and the pictures online do not do it justice, it is lovely both inside and out. The heated pool was used every day and we ate breakfast and lunch at the large outdoor dining area. We had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the villa could have easily accommodated 8 adults. It had everything we needed and more and we were very grateful for the welcome pack. We were around 20 mins walk away from the centre but found the local taxi service great. We called the taxi and by the time we had walked round the corner to the security gate they were waiting for us and it only cost 3 to 4 euros to go to the Centre which we did everyday. Playa Blanca has lots of lovely restaurants and bars and everywhere was family friendly. The weather was really warm and sunny and we took for advantage of the outside area of the villa which was very private and in our opinion the nicest villa in the development (we had a walk around and most were over looked from the road) . The booking process and the communication with Patrick was excellent and we spoke to Tony on our last day to make arrangements to leave. We will definitely will be returning.

This is a Beautiful villa in a lovely setting next to Montana Roja. It is in relaxing and quite location away from the hustle and bustle but yet only a 35 minute walk to playa blanca. The Villa itself is spacious and modern. There was 2 familys of us a total of 10 guests using this villa for nearly 3 weeks and we had loads of space. On arrival we got a welcome back which will keep you going until you can get to the shops and i have to say this was a very nice touch to the start of our stay in Patricks Villa. The beds where very comfortable and clean. We had 3 big bathrooms, 2 of of which where ensuites. The kitchen is a good size with everything you need for daily cooking if you wish to eat in. The dining room / sitting room was also big enough to seat us all. Going to the outside area there is a lovely seating area with a large rattan glass top table and seating for 8 where you can relax in the shade. There was plenty of space around the pool area for all 10 of us. On the far side of the pool there was a large built in bbq which was great. We hired out 2 cars for our stay but this is not a must have as There is a bus stop around the corner which can bring you to the town area or bus station and there is a taxi rank about 7 minutes walk around the corner from the villa. But i would recommend a car if you are doing alot of bbqs as there isnt a great selection of places to get fresh meat in Playa Blanca so we drove to lidl in Puerto Del Carmen and the European warehouse in Playa Honda for all our shopping. The reason i only gave 4 out of 5 is because we had a few issues during our stay which i will explain below but by no means is this any reason to avoid this lovely villa. We had issues with one of our toilets been blocked for about 3 days so we could not use it. We reported this to Tony and Tina in the maintenance company and informed Patrick via email and they sent out a plumber straight away who informed us on inspection that the septic tank was full and it had to be drained by the waste company( this is fairly normal for Lanzarote) so as a result we had to wait for this company to come out which took 2 or 3 days but it was sorted and everything went back to normal. We had a few issues with the pool but again as soon as we got onto Tony and Tina they sent out Phil the pool maintenance man and he sorted it. We would no sooner be after coming off the phone to them and he would be there. What a great service. The other issue we had was with the wifi. If you have been to Lanzarote before you will understand that the wifi is not great here. But we where without it for about 9 days but again it was sorted and a new better system was put in. The lighting outside is not the best at night with no lighting by the bbq area but when we mentioned this they offered to put in more lighting for us but we did not want them to go to the trouble while we where there. Now been the owner of an apartment in Lanzarote myself i can fully understand how frustrating it can be to organise repairs etc when you are not in the country yourself but i have to say Patrick the owner done evrything he could and more to please us and he has an outstanding maintenance company (Tony & Tina of Total Cleaning) in place who are always there to help and answer any questions. All in all it was a great holiday in Patricks villa. Thanks again Patrick.

This was the perfect villa for us and our 3 young grandchildren. Loads of room, excellent pool area and very secure. The owner, Patrick organised everything from brilliant welcome grocery supplies to allowing us a late check out. We want to book for next summer but fully booked already - Just shows how good it is. A little bit out of town but a driving is great on Lanzarote and essential to visit the quaint out of the way places. Orzola is our favourite beach. Perfect for kids and snorkelling. Just a brilliant time had by all. Kids not bored for one minute.

Just back from a week staying at 49 Villas Blancas......4 adults and my 2 daughters...7 and 13 years old. Overall a really nice villa in a nice quiet and peaceful location. We wanted a chill out week and that's what we got. Positives: Nice secluded pool and patio area with plenty of space and chairs/sunbeds - mini golf putting area and table tennis a nice touch.....some pool toys in a storage box as well for kids. Villa is in a secure complex with security gates to get in and out. Every room facing the rear of the villa had patio doors leading to the pool area...easy access. Good sun all day round on the pool area. Really well kitted out with large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etc Good wifi......far better then nearby hotels I've stayed in Very clean and tidy on arrival Welcome pack including bread, Margarine, ham, beer, bottle of wine etc....was a nice touch. Comfy beds....again better than I've experienced in nearby hotels in the same resort.....I'm a light sleeper normally but slept well here. TV and small hifi in the Villa were good. Located near to 2 water parks if you've got kids into that sort of thing.......Dino World 2 mins walk away and Aqualava at the Lanzasur 7-8 mins walk away Couple of small supermarkets linked to bigger complexes just a short walk away. Negatives.....these in no way detracted from a great weeks holiday so please don't read more into these than you need to Couple of minor niggles with the pool while we were there.....had the pool maintenance man along twice but very quick to arrive and sort out minor problems. If you don't like walking the villa is a good 15-20 mins walk from the main centre of Playa Blanca...all pretty much downhill heading down into town - however taxis were only 3 euros and the taxi rank is just round the corner and down the hill. No air conditioning in the villa......no big deal as you get the breeze through the patio doors...just slid the doors open and the heat soon disappeared. Would I go back? Yes I would, especially for a chill out...much more relaxing than some of the all inclusive stuff we've done in the past. We also hired a car for the week that covered our airport transfers as well....made getting around really easy and would recommend.

Just returned back from a weeks stay in 49 Villas Blancas, there were 7 girls and there was plenty of room for us all, the villa had everything we needed and enough kitchen, fridge and freezer space to do a big shop to keep you going for most of the week, the heated pool is amazing and we spent most of the day in the pool. It is a good 35 min walk into the centre of Playa Blanca. I would highly recommend trying the JUMBO Chinese restaurant along the promenade in the Playa Blanca as the food and service was excellent. We hope to return to Villas Blancas in 2018 for our next girly holiday.

Had an amazing stay here with 7 family members ranging from 3-51...we would have gladly stayed longer. From the initial booking Patrick (the owner) was more than helpful and the villa itself had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. There was even a welcome pack of essentials (bread, milk, tea, coffee etc) which came in very useful given our late evening arrival. Location wise the villa is in a quiet residential area. There is a taxi depot within a five minute walk and a few Euro takes you into the town. Well deserving of a five out of five....thanks Patrick - our family will definitely be returning!!

We have just had a great family holiday in 49 Villas Blancas. There is everything you need for a great time a mini golf, table tennis lots of pool toys for the kids including a dingy plenty of loungers and chairs lots of outdoor space and a barbecue for your alfresco eating. There is no need to move out if you just want to relax by the pool. I would recommend this villa for a great family holiday.

I stayed here as a party of 5 on a girls holiday. We arrived to a lovely welcome pack of cheese, ham, bread, biscuits , wine and beer. A nice touch and we were grateful to sit down and have a quick bite before getting a big shop in. Accommodation was perfect. We each took a room including using the sofa bed as a room. Worked out well. Kitchen had everything you'd need and is even more spacious than the photos would have you believe. Bedrooms are clean and all nicely laid out with plenty of room for clothes etc. Pool was perfect and ideal for families. Lots of pool toys in a covered container and buckets and spades, table tennis and a small putting green. Location is outside of town and a good 25-30 min walk to the centre of Playa Blanca. Taxi 3-4 Euro back. Large supermarket opposite the bus station is fully stocked and by far the best place for a big shop. Owner was easy to deal with and very responsive to my queries. Cons: we had some very heavy rainfall while we were staying at villa and when rain came at a certain angle it literally poured into the sofa bed room through a damaged seal window. We used buckets, towels and mops to control it. Agent said this was normal as it comes through the air vents. There was also similar issue in master bedroom but not as bad. This room and bed sheets felt a bit damp. I guess as a result of this occurring frequently over winter months. Agent left a couple of bottles of wine for the inconvenience and replaced towels. I guess this dries over the summer months. Overall however I would highly recommend and would consider returning with my family in the future. It's quiet, secure, private, clean and well equipped.

We stayed at 49 Villas Blancas the last week of February arriving on the 25th. We travelled as a group of 4 couples and found the villa to be great for all our needs. There are 4 bedrooms all adequately furnished two rooms being on suites. The four ladies in our group did though say a mirror in the bedrooms would have been nice as to get ready with. There are though mirrors in each of the three bathrooms but obviously steam up when everyone getting ready to go out. The beds were very comfortable. There are irons ironing boards hairdryers fans to use. The kitchen is large and separate from the large dining room/lounge area. It is well equipped and there are plenty of plates, cups.mugs glasses and cooking utensils. As said the dining room/lounge is large and big enough to cope with the 8 of us when we had a nightcap when we got back from the restaurants. There is a TV but we didn't use it once during our weeks stay so cant comment on content. The dining room table though could do with a bit of maintenance the legs are a bit wobbly. Talking of maintenance the couple who look after the villa Tony and Tina do a great job on the second day the wind got up and blew a gate over in the garden, This fell and knocked a tap off the wall leaving water spurting out all over the place and effected the flow into the villa. I phoned them and explained the situation and within 15 mins a plumber was there and it was fixed in 10 mins great service. The pool is lovely and very clean, having it heated was a bonus meaning even when the wind cooled things down a bit is was still well used. Plenty of sunbeds to go round and a large table and chairs under the canopy was used every morning for breakfast. Playa is a 30 minute walk or 5 mins in a taxi where all the bars restaurants are. There is one really nice restaurant though on the way down to playa this is situated in the Jardines Del Sol complex which is left out of the gates then right waking down the hill to the centre, the complex is next to the taxi rank theres a gate with a buzzer just press and say you wish to use the restaurant, Anthony the manager of the restaurant is very hospitable and the food in there is very good, the chef is his wife. Its about 10 mins from the villa and they also have a happy hour between 4 to 5 30 where drinks and tapas are 241. All in all the villa was great and excellent for family or friends. Would definitely return

The villa is lovely, really comfy and was adequate to accommodate 8 adults and 1 child. It's only a 20 min walk down to the promennade at flamingo beach. There's a taxi rank 10 mins walk down the hill if you don't want to walk down. The supermarkets are not big and can be pricy. We didn't hire cars so the Lidl was too far in a taxi but I would recommend heading out there if you want to eat at the villa - the hiper dino and spar are ok and stock most things you'd need on a shopping trip but if you want a BBQ then it's a bit limiting. While we were there the little one got chicken pox and was unable to fly home :(.... the owner and the couple managing this villa were extremely helpful in pointing us in the right direction to find a new villa quickly (This one was booked out the day we we're due to vacate or we would have stayed on). We have loved it, the neighbourhood is very quiet and gated so you feel very safe. Not too far away from everything. Best meal of the holiday was the amazing tapas at Bodegon Las Tapas - absolutely SUPERB!! We will definitely look to book this villa again when we come back to playa Blanca

The villa is absolutely beautiful! 5 bedrooms so is very spacious and perfect for a large family or group of friends. With 3 bathrooms this was more than enough for the size of the villa. The pool is very private and was cleaned twice a week during out stay. The villa itself was immaculate when we turned up. Half way through our stay cleaners came in and changed the beds, swept, mopped etc (something we weren't expecting but was a nice touch). The villa was well equipped and had everything we needed for a pleasurable holiday. There was 7 adults and 3 children in the villa during our stay and there was more than enough plates, glasses, sunloungers, towels etc. The villa complex is gated with a security code needed to obtain entry so is good for safety, especially with children. The villa is around a 20-30 minute walk to the centre but a taxi is only 3 euros. The airport is around 30 minutes also. There is a small shop about a 7 minute walk down the road which is handy for picking up bits, fresh bread etc but can be pricey to do a food shop. We found Hyperdino or Spar in the centre to be a lot more reasonable.

We have just returned from 49 Villas Blancas having stayed there as a party of ten, ourselves and another family. We all had a fabulous time and the holiday blues are now in full swing! The villa is brilliant, the perfect layout for two families; it felt as though we each had our own quarters as the two master bedrooms are on opposite sides of the villa. The inside of the villa is nice and spacious and the outside space is well utilised with the pool/barbecue/table area, table tennis/grassed area and a little putting green. The pool is around the back as opposed to most of the other villas on the complex where the pool area is in view from the street. The complex itself is gated and we always felt safe and secure. It's nice and quiet, any noise we heard from surrounding villas was next to nothing. The villa is so well equipped with everything you could need to make a home from home - plenty of cutlery, plates, bowls etc. Washing machine and dishwasher too. Ample sun beds and seating for everyone. Nice clean linen and towels supplied and extras in the cupboards if required. Even beach towels were provided! A welcome pack was waiting for us when we arrived - tea bags, sugar, milk, cheese, ham and a bottle of red! The only downside to the villa is that it doesn't have air con and it gets pretty hot on a night; however, fans are provided in every bedroom which takes the edge off. House keeping came mid way through our stay to freshen up the villa which was nice. The pool cleaner also visited four times while we were there. The location is good. Five minute walk to the nearest shop and taxi rank, fifteen minutes walk to the nearest beach and small amount of restaurants and shops and a thirty minute walk into Playa Blanca. When eating out we went to Playa Blanca every night barring one. It's a gorgeous place, most of the restaurants are on the sea front, was lovely to look out at the sea from your chair. It's a nice walk into Playa Blanca from the villa once you get down to the sea front and get all the road bits out of the way. Fireworks were set off at the same time every night in and it just has a lovely family feel, restaurant staff are all lovely and made a fuss of the children. They are only too happy to help. We didn't once see a group of lads or lasses during the two weeks we were in Lanzarote, it was all families and couples. Beaches were lovely, we visited three while we were there and Dorada Beach was our favourite. They're clean and tidy and family friendly. I liked that they were little coves rather than a long stretch of beach. Only downside to Playa Blanca was that the larger taxis seemed to be in shortage. We are a family of six and on occasion had to walk back to the villa or get two taxis after giving up on hopes of a six seater turning up at the taxi rank in Playa Blanca. Although our friends who are a family of four were fine as normal four seaters were readily available in Playa Blanca. When going into Playa Blanca on an evening we booked our taxis in advance using the number in the folder at the villa. Would definitely recommend doing this as when we were there, waiting at the taxi rank around the corner on an evening was a waste of time (not a problem in the day time). We had a fabulous time in Playa Blanca and the villa contributed massively to our enjoyment - lots of fun times in the pool, barbecue nights, table tennis tournaments and cards around the table. We have ear marked to come back again with our friends in a couple of years time and we are already looking forward to it!

We had a brilliant stay at villas Blancas in playa blanca. The villa was everything I could have hoped. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen to allow you to self cater. 4 bedrooms plus a sofa bed room and plenty of bathrooms to cater for families and groups. The out side area was amazing. The pool was really fab and welcome in the beautiful heat. Its so near to all the areas for drinking and eating and sunbathing. You couldn't get a better place to stay. We used the local taxis which were about 5 euro to the town center or the harbour area. We will be back for sure. Patrick is always on had to help if needed through email. Well recommended.

Beautiful villa, quiet, spacious and well equipped. Its my second time staying at the villa. The first time was glorious. The problems we encountered this time were the electric would "trip" or go off when the oven and hob were on simultaneously; the last night it rained heavily and a bedroom window leaked quite badly and a problem with a water pump resulted in the pool being unheated for 3 days. My grandson found it too cold and that made things more difficult occupying a three year old. We found the pool generally cooler than the previous year. Prompt action was taken regarding attempting the pool repair. If these problems are fixed, and I assume they have, I would certainly go back to this superb villa.

Villa is as described, 25 minute from central area. Taxis readily available just down the hill and busses too. Fantastic size villa, plenty of bathrooms, safe, quiet gated community. Amazing pool area with beautiful pool and huge area surrounding with lovely barbecue, comfy sun beds and, my personal favourite, a lovely large and comfy patio table and chairs to enjoy family time with good food and laughs. Beds fairly comfy and kitchen fabulous well equipped space, only thing we really missed having was baking trays for oven but used instead large Pyrex dishes. Some TLC is needed for certain items and decor, kitchen blind being one (I had to climb on the worktop every time I wanted it either up or down , as there was no roll cord to the side). These are minor items which are taken into account with value for money. The only area I wasn't fond of was the living room which, for the size if the villa is small with equally small sofas but, most of our time was obviously spent outside or exploring so was only an issue a couple of evenings. I've been as honest as possible because the reviews are massively important to me in choosing villas. We absolutely would stay again and had an amazing time. Our thanks go to Patrick

We really loved our stay here, the villa is lovely and spacious, Our main reason for booking this villa was the size of the pool and it did not disappoint, it was heated and we used it all the time, its big enough to have a good swim up and down. we would defiantly come back again in the future. We have recently returned from 18 days at this villa and feel it was let down by the fact that it was not cleaned properly when we arrived. There was pooh in the en suite toilet and the floors were dirty, the kitchen floor particularly. The pillows were stained badly and in fact disintegrating. We had only one sheet and a duvet cover provided and one set of towels each. We requested a change of sheets and towels as we understood the villa would not be serviced till the following week. It was in fact 10 days before the cleaners came. We also requested a mop and bucket to clean the floors ourselves(the mop provided was broken! However, this was changed the following day and they left us 2 sheets and NO pillow cases. Because of the extreme heat we washed the sheets ourselves and changed them every other day! There were problems with the dishwasher. We couldn't get it to work until we found the water was turned off under the sink. Upon turning the water on the dishwasher worked. However, if the water was left on it flooded onto the kitchen floor. Externally the sunbeds were in very poor condition and the mattress fillings had disintegrated. Generally the external area was dirty, untidy and needed proper cleaning. The table tennis table was broken and the bat handles were also broken. Water levels were low in the pool and it never switched off. The water jets were noisy and we had to top up the pool every day to prevent it sounding like a waterfall! The pool man came only ONCE the first week and then went on holiday. The relief pool man came twice and tried to control the pool timer, to no avail. He said there was something wrong with the clock. This villa could have been so much better, but has been allowed to become run down. Apart from the points raised we did have a good holiday. It's a lovely villa but in need of a bit of TLC! Sadly, we will not be returning.

The villa is showing a little age. BUT, still a great size, great quiet but reasonably central location and well equipped. I have noticed many local villa prices are increasing. I hope they don't price themselves out of the market in the near future. Would I stay again? in a heart beat !! Thanks Patrick.

Fantastic villa. There was me, my husband with 3 kids with 3 grandparents for a family holiday. More than enough room for us all. Swimming pool a good size for Some family fun. My kids are aged 6, 5 and 3 and the 3 year old could stand in shallow end of the pool. Little PlayStation room with PlayStation 3 in there which my older 2 used. Was a little god send really for them for the mornings and to cool off when it got too hot in the mid day sun. Tv in lounge was all in English a lot of sky channels, grandad got to watch the f1, and good kids channels. Villa owner was fantastic at getting back and answering questions before arriving. People to contact once out there just as brilliant. Had an issue in that a fan was broke but they replaced it the next day. We did hire and car and glad we did as it’s a half hour walk to the beach which is downhill so up hill on way back. We ate out 3 nights and all restaurants very child friendly. Did bbqs rest of the week, good size bbq and lovely outside seating. You can tell this villa is looked after and extra thought put in by looking similar villas in the complex. The walls are higher so it’s completely private. Bigger bbq area built in which is a must when cooking for lots of people. table tennis table outside and little golfing square area. Big Supermarket at beach then little spar shops dotted around. Would definitely recommend this villa and Lanzarote

We had a great time, the villa had everything that we needed. The location is really ideal. Taxis were only 3 euros to get to the town. There was a nice welcome pack which helped out. There are floats and toys in the garden which saved us buying some. A pool man came during our stay to clean the pool as well which was nice. There is a local shop where you can do top up shops but can be expensive. The location was within walking distance to the water parks. The villa was very well kept and the owner was very helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend.

This was our first villa holiday and could not fault it. The villa is large, a lot bigger than it looks on the pictures. The villa was very clean and well presented, the owner has equipped the villa with everything you would need to make it home from home in order to make it as comfortable as possible. I was really impressed with the welcome pack which consisted of bread, milk, butter, cheese, ham, water, wine, beer and fruit juice - a lovely added touch The pool was initially what attracted us to this villa as it looked a really good size, it certainly didn’t disappoint. There are ample sun loungers, a large outdoor dining table and chairs, table tennis and 4 hole putting green, which added a little in house entertainment. We ate mainly at the villa during the day and headed out for a meal in the evening. It is approx a 2 mile walk to the centre or a taxi is a 5 minute walk from the villa, costing €3.50. I would have no hesitation in recommending 49 Villas Blanca and would like to take the opportunity to thank the owner for making our first villa experience a great one.

Villa was spacious and perfect for our needs. Patrick kindly left a nice welcome pack which we really appreciated, as we had a late arrival. Pool area was great, loungers were very comfortable.

This was our 2nd visit and hopefully not our last. Communications with Patrick pre holiday were excellent .... and any questions promptly answered. The same applies with Ben during our stay. A superb pool and accommodation, the welcome pack was also sufficient and varied.
