The fact that we continuously go back to Zinkwazi Bush is a true testament of our experience and satisfaction with this lovely bush house. This time we took our family with us for my son's first birthday celebration. Everyone's expectations were exceeded and we are all sure to go back for another visit. The house is very neat and clean and provides all the comfort needed to have a wonderful and relaxing stay in the bush. Very well equipped and each room has got a unique character. Good value for money when compared with other accommodation in Marloth Park. You are sure to have a wonderful time!

We stayed this time nearly 3 weeks in Zinkwazi Bush, the was actually our 4th time and also our longest stay! The house is just beautiful and has all you need!! There are animals visits on daily basis like zebra, kudu, wildebeast etc at the house!! The owners are lovely people and very concerned to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommended!!

Since first contact with Zinkwazibush it felt like a 5-star experience. Rita assisted us with directions, suggestions, emergency numbers and every thinkable detail that we might need for our stay. The house is a little piece of heaven with every amenity available, clean and comfortable, everything in place, and the outside shower definitely a must try! It was not even necessary to drive for game-viewing as various species came right up to the house! Every game-viewer and bird-watcher`s dream! Excellent value for money, truly a gem to which we would love to return.

Our Family spent 9 fantastic nights at Zinkwazi Bush. The holiday home exeeded our expectations in every way - spotless, well equiped, modern, and perfectly situated in a pan handle. Outside bathroom added to the bush experience. Our family has stayed in 4 other Martloth Park holiday homes, but Zinkwazi Bush really impressed - this is the best one so far.A big thank you to Rita and Flippie for sharing ZInhwazi Bush with us.

During our week stay, the four of us enjoyed the home like atmosphere of Zinkwazibush ( I enjoyed the outside bathroom). Marloth Park has a few restaurants and grocery stores, and Komatipoort is only 20 minute drive away (more stores and restaurants). We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the back deck watching and feeding the animals. Then when night fell we would be visited by the Bushbabies. We fed the Zebras, Wildebeast, Kudus, Wart Hogs and Vervet monkeys. Rita was helpful via email. The wifi worked best during the early morning and the evening.

Dear Rita, Dear Flippie Thank you so much for letting us stay in your absolutely beautiful place. We felt us like at home. It was amazing to see all the animals - Zebra, Kudu, Grysbock, Impala, Bushbock, Wildebeest, Warthdog, Baboons, Vervets, mangooses, , birds, bats and the unforgettable bushbaby. By the way: there is a second one. We definitely come back next year and will recommend your place. Baie dankie and god bless you.

Zinkwazibush is a beautifully designed and equipped lodge on the edge of Kruger natiinal park. Lots of animals came to the lodge to visit, kudu, waterhog, baboons and mongoose. Rita left a welcome note and goodies for our arrival and this continued the theme of thoughtful touches. Airconditioning and fans meant we kept cool in the heat and kept mosquitos at bay. The only downside was the jacuzzi which had dirty water and dirt in and was freezing!! So we didn't get to enjoy it and we had been looking forward to using it....otherwise everything else was spotless and beautiful, and our everyneed had been provided for...just had to look in cupboards to find what we required. Thank you to Rita for opening her house and allowing us to experience this part of South Africa.

Our family of 6 stayed at Zinkwazi for 3 nights as part of a holiday to Kruger National Park. Had I known how we were going to enjoy Zinkwazi I would have booked our entire stay here. Before booking accommodation, I do read a lot of Tripadvisor reviews and try to get an accurate picture of a property. Unfortunately, there were only 7 or 8 reviews on ZInkwazi, and although they were very good was not enough to really give you a good picture. Although Tripadvisor is one of the best tools to truly get a good idea about any establishment, you often have to ‘work’ through it – ignoring most of the best- place- I-have-ever-stayed- at type reviews. I won’t describe us as particularly ‘fussy' but we are definitely perhaps on the more ‘discerning’ or ‘particular’ end of the traveller spectrum. Zinkwazi however, truly did not disappoint! On the contrary, from the moment we walked in we were impressed with the cleanliness, neatness and stylishness of this property. We usually don’t book self-catering as we often found many self-catering properties offers really ‘just the basics’. Not so at Zinkwazi. On the first night we planned a braai, and when looking for the braai (bbq) tongs I was pleasantly surprised to discover they had about 5 or 6 different high quality braai tongs. Crockery and cutlery was of very good quality and not cheap worn out ones. If you forgot to buy your own wine, there are plenty of different wines that you can enjoy (at an additional cost of course). Everything in the property was in good working condition with quality bedding and towels. We loved the outside shower and bath and made you really feel in the bushveld. All beds also featured mosquito nets. It is clear that the owners have thought about everything. There were many other nice extras such as a water cooler and dispenser, feed for wild animals etc. I know it may sound a bit cliché, but it really felt like you were home! Zinkwazi (and Marloth Park) is conveniently located and a mere 15min or so drive from Crocodile bridge gate. (B.t.w if you are new to Kruger, Crocodile bridge is a great gate, and only about 35km from the popular Lower Sabie camp which then proceeds along the sabie river west towards Skukuza). Komatiepoort is only 20km way and has very good supermarket where you can buy everything you need (there is a fantastic large Superspar). There is a small supermarket in Marloth Park but it is very basic and quite expensive so I would only recommend it for emergencies. The lodge offered 500mb wifi data free every day. Speed was not the greatest, but I think this is due to the location as I also battled getting decent cellular data speed. We loved the Jacuzzi and it was a big hit considering that it can get quite hot in this part of South Africa. Not sure if it can heat up, as this will be a great feature for winter. Our children loved the daily wild visitors, especially the large Kudu ram that would eat out of their hands (Be careful, although he is not afraid he is still a wild animal so proceed with caution, if you drop food to the ground DON’T bend down in front of him as he will not hesitate to whack you with his horns!). The area is so peaceful and private. Had we not known better we would have thought we are in the middle of Kruger – as you don’t hear or see anyone else except the bush noises and the animals coming around (kudu, wildebeest, zebra, duiker, wharthog etc). I can highly recommend ZInkwazi for a perfect Kruger-bushveld-breakaway. It has all the luxuries you need in a true bushveld setting. We will most definitely return!
