Villa Sublime

Villa Sublime captures the essence of island-style at its finest. Situated in the south coast of Provo in Silly Creek, it takes full advantage of the elevation overlooking enchanting views of Silly Creek, the blue, crystal waters of the south shore, and magical sunsets over Turtle Rock.
The villa is a 15 minute drive from the airport, downtown Provo, shopping, restaurants and resorts. It occupies 1.5 acres of oceanfront property giving striking ocean views and the Silly Creek as a backdrop on its northern side.
The 4,000+ square foot interior includes 3 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a separate den/study convertible to a fourth bedroom with 2 full size twin sleepers, an open design living area and well equipped modern kitchen and dining area. A UPure Nespresso coffee machine is available for guests to use in addition to a filter coffee maker machine. However, the machine requires dedicated Nespresso coffee capsules, which are not provided. A limited stock can be bought at Julian's Deli by Caicos Cafe.
On the lower level, there is a large double-car garage, laundry room and full bathroom. From the covered, oceanside terrace bordering a large 32' x 21' swimming pool, a stone pathway winds between a beautiful blend of exotic and indigenous plants to a uniquely arched grotto leading into the ocean. Swimming is beautiful in the clear and calm waters - a perfect beginning to the day

Villa Sublime is a gorgeous villa and we were very happy with it. The layout is very child friendly as it is mostly on one floor. Beautiful views and a lovely pool area. The kitchen was a great size for a family. The house has wireless Internet and satellite television. We loved the location and it was easy to get to everything. You must have a car if staying in this area. Well worth the cost, as I\'m sure it would have cost our family quite a bit more to stay in a resort. This vacation was our favorite so far and I highly recommend Villa Sublime and Turks and Caicos to anyone seeking some privacy and relaxation.

This property was very secluded and that is what my husband and I needed and wanted. But this property had pool pump was located in the home which we found very odd, it made a awful noise so loud and 5 to 10 min you could not even rest. That had the nerve to rent this property with door frames missing and base boards missing for the money we spent I just think they should have had home inspected and in tip top shape before renting. Fridge went out by sencond day spoiled all of our food blender did not work. ugggggg next time I will stay at a resort.

The TC Villas family are great! Thanks Shandon for your professionalism! The property was absolutely heaven on earth! The location was great because it was away from the tourist area (Grace Bay) and it was like we were on our own secluded island. We enjoyed the pool and the kayaking in the ocean. I highly recommend this property!

Le mie lamentele sono rivolte soprattutto alla LTD manutentrice della casa cioè la ISLAND VILLA MANAGEMENT LTD e spero che tutti i proprietari di ville di Providenciales che hanno affidato a loro la gestione verifichino cosa in realtà succede. Evidentemente non hanno ritenuto opportuno fare un check in della villa prima Dell' ingresso dei clienti ( la prenotazione era stata fatta ad aprile ). Noi siamo arrivati alle 22.30 causa ritardo dell'aereo da Miami una dipendente della società ci ha accompagnato alla casa entrando dal garage abbiamo notato che il pavimento era bagnato lo abbiamo fatto presente ma non abbiamo ottenuto risposta, La signorina era probabilmente scocciata causa l'ora tarda del ns arrivo. Ci mostra alcune cose poi se ne va. Master bedroom tolgo la coperta e dopo oltre 20 ore di viaggio trovo sulle lenzuola sporcizie e... Un tappino di bottiglia... Cambio stanza tolgo il copriletto e la sorpresa e' stata uno scarafaggio morto... Ovviamente i letti erano stati rifatti molti mesi prima del ns arrivo. Cercò il cambio di lenzuola ma è' tutto sotto chiave. Non vi dico le condizioni dei cuscini, veramente da vomito!!! Apro gli sportelli della cucina e sorpresa oltre ad essere quasi tutti schizzati di sporco all'interno ,vi erano anche nidi di animali.. Comunque per farla breve abbiamo passato 2 giorni a pulire la casa. Sempre il Primo gg notiamo che la piscina non ricercò la l'acqua e negli sfioratoi vi sono circa 20 cm di acqua stagnante, ovviamente qualcosa non funziona. Chiamiamo la sig Brenda titolare della Soc. Che non si degna, risponde la subalterna dicendo che la piscina viene controllata al venerdì , era sabato, facciamo presente la anomalia della situazione ... I manutentori piscina arrivano solo il giovedì dopo e ci dicono che il riciclo quando non ci sono ospiti viene chiuso quindi torniamo al punto di partenza NESSUN CONTROLLO PRIMA DELL'ARRIVO DEGLI OSPITI . Comunque la piscina non funziona ancora bene perché tutte le mattine mancano circa 20/30 cm di acqua che dobbiamo aggiungere con una gomma . Tornano lì esperti e ci dicono che probabilmente c'è una perdita. Nel frattempo richiamiamo per far presente che il garage e' un lago ( da notare che la subalterna era già venuta parecchie volte per altri problemi tipo tv che non funzionavano e Cosetta varie, era sempre pasta tranquillamente sull'acqua del garage senza mai preoccuparsene. Dopo l'ennesima chiamata quindi dopo 10 gg ci mandano un tecnico che rompe il soffitto del garage per trovare la perdita... Comunque noi abbiamo prenotato per un mese dopo solo 10 gg ci troviamo con gli idraulici in casa, una piscina che non funziona e che forse dovranno aggiustare... Praticamente un cantiere, il posto ideale dove passare le vacanze! Non so cosa succederà entrò fine mese. Mi rivolgo ancora al proprietario che non conosco perché in agenzia si sono rifiutati di fornirmi il suo nominativo.. Se mi può contattare e soprattutto tolga immediatamente la gestione a questa società di incapaci!!!!
