Wow ! What a great location and amazing house. We took six people and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy. Breakfast by the pool. All day by the beach. They had kayaks and paddleboards that we could take out on the most calm water I have ever seen. The sunset was FABULOUS! Every night we had drinks and watched the sunset. I would return to this house EVERY YEAR!!

This property was all it was advertised to be and exceeded our expectations. The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need while you are there. There is a property manager to greet you at the airport and available to handle any issues that may arise. The activities abound on this private stretch of quiet sandy white beach; swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking. There is a nice restaurant within walking distance. Grocery store within 10-15 minute drive. We would return in a heartbeat.

Our family of 6 adults and a toddler (2 year old) stayed 8 nights at Villa Oceana. The entire experience was great, from booking thru departure. The Villa is perfectly situated on Sapodilla Bay; views were awesome, beach was perfect for our toddler as well as the adults. The Villa is comfortably furnished (each couple had a king-size bed and the toddler had the bottom bunk of bunk beds); there are 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked w. all cooking/prep needs, including trays and pitchers to carry drinks to the beach!! We enjoyed the stereo system which allowed use of our Ipod music beach-side; grilling at "home"; the pool was great for a toddler and adults; pool loungers and patio furniture were wonderful; plenty of beach loungers; kayaks and paddle boards were provided and lots of sand toys for the toddler. Can't think of anything we needed/missed. The Villa is within walking distance to Las Brisas restaurant on ChalkSound; a short drive to Quality Market or Taylor Beach and a close drive to Grace Bay, etc. This was a perfect place for our family beach vacation.

We spent a week in Provo from 6/30-7/6. We stayed at Beaches in both 2005 and 2009, so we thought this time we would try a little something different and rented a villa. We had 5 adults and 4 children, ages 11, 9, and 7- in our group, and Villa Oceana was the perfect house for us. Villa Oceana is located on Sapodilla Bay, and it is the perfect place to relax. Even though Sapodilla Bay has public beach access, it's really like having your own private beach with the other 7 houses that our located there. We loved that we could lay on the beach and have no problem hearing the kids at the pool if they needed us. The water was very shallow for the first 50 yards or so. The villa has two kayaks, which we used often, and two paddle boards. The pool was fantastic, and the kids spent a lot of time at the pool. There was a lot of shaded area at the pool which was nice for reading a book. It was the little things that really made Villa Oceana comfortable. They had lots of beach towels for us to use. They have a music system that I could plug my iPad into for music both at the pool and down on the beach underneath the palappa, which was awesome for shade during the day. The had a bunch of floats, perfect for lounging on in the pool or in the ocean. Two washers, two dryers, sand toys, etc. In the living room had a nice open floor plan. There was a tv that was approx. 40 inches that did have satellite tv access. We ran the air conditioners at night in each of the bedrooms in order to sleep well, and we haven't yet received our bill for that. All in all, we loved this place and we would definitely rent it again

This was our 4th time to TCI, renting houses all over the island, and this one is by far the best rental we have had. So if you're on the fence..do it! Before we rent it again! So here is why: Location : Sopadilla Bay - best beach on the island. Private. Shallow, so perfect for kids. House: Had everything you would ever need right there. From the kitchen (appliances, blenders...frozen mugs in the freezer...sea kayaks...stand-up paddle boards...grill and even a back-up propane tank) The owners and house manager have thought of everything! And I forgot - the private swimming pool! Owner / House manager communication : Excellent. I was comfortable with every step in the process. And they even arrainged a crib for my daughter.

I just returned from TCI and a weeks stay at the Villa Oceana. The staff greeted us at the airport and escorted us to the Villa. It was very clean and they already had some cold beer waiting for us in the fridge :) The house was perfect. We ran the A/Cs at night for some hard sleeping. We felt safe in the neighborhood, but did lock up night. The beach is very clean and had the smoothest and bluest water we have ever seen. We enjoyed the Sea Kayaks and took them over to some local rock cliffs where we snorkeled. It was the ideal setup for us (7 adults + 17 month old) and would definitely stay here again.

My family of eight recently stayed, and I have not a single complaint. Everything was just what we had hoped. The house was exceptional, and the manager was readily available for any problems (i.e., the microwave died on our watch). The view is picturesque, sailboats moored in the bay making sunsets postcard worthy. And Sapodilla Bay is quiet, and family friendly with hardly any current and only a rare breaking wave. I can not wait to return.

My family and I stayed at V.O. in late February, 2011, and it has to be said that a better vacation house will be difficult to come by. This place is fantastic! In all, there were 5 of us. We rented the main house without the optional suite, and it was plenty large enough for us. Our daughter loved the bunk beds in the 'kids' room.' That left the 2 king bedrooms, one for us and one for my wife's parents. The main living area is spacious and comfortable, and there is a large dining area adjacent to the well-supplied kitchen, which has all the necessary equipment and lots of counter space for preparing meals. While not overtly lavish, the house is comfortable and inviting. The outside areas (porches and seating areas) are very comfortable, and beautifully landscaped. It's a gorgeous place to stay! What is most appealing about this property is its location on the beach at Sapodilla Bay. Literally, once you step off of the partial-wrap-around porch, it's a matter of a few steps along a rustic stone pathway or across a unique sandy 'lawn' to the beach. The sitting area (with palapa) at the beach is wonderful, and proves to be just the place to have a coffee in the morning, or to enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail (or 2!) as the sun sets over the still, blue waters of Sapodilla Bay. Speaking of the water, this really is the place for a family vacation if you have young children. The water is warm and quiet, and the beach is beautiful! The week we were at V.O. it was quite breezy. Every day we met people down at the beach, and invariably they had come from the Grace Bay area. While it was breezy where we were, it was flat-out windy to the point of being uncomfortable at Grace Bay. People who were staying at Grace Bay were coming to Sapodilla Bay looking for respite from the wind. Another comment we heard more than once was that little kids over at Grace Bay hadn't had opportunity to go into the water there as it was 1. too rough, 2. too cold, and 3. too deep. So, families with small children (less than 6 or 8 years) were looking for a good kids' beach, and had come to Sapodilla Bay. My father-in-law and I went snorkeling over at Grace Bay two consecutive days, and the drop off from the beach is quite steep... just a few steps out and you're up to your chin. If you have young kids, and want a beach vacation to remember, this is the place! Why stay anywhere else? Why stay off the beach when you can stay here? Trust me. THIS IS THE PLACE. Book it NOW!

We were looking for a relaxing and romantic beach getaway for two and Villa Oceana was the perfect choice for us. Sapodilla Bay Beach is an amazing crescent of white powdery soft sand and crystal clear water with only a handful of private residences. The house is beautiful with an open airy floor plan and beautiful views from almost every room. Just a few steps out your back door and you are on the perfect beach. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The landscaping makes the pool and patio area very private. The beach is never crowded and the beachside palapa is the perfect spot to relax. The owners are wonderful to work with and the local property management will meet you at the airport and make sure you have everything you need during your stay. We rented a car and had no problems getting around the island. The IGa grocery store has a great selection, and they even carry our favorite gluten-free pasta. As on most islands, food is more expensive, but we saved a lot by eating most of our meals at the villa. If you don't want to cook, there are many gourmet restaurants on the island to choose from. There is one restaurant within walking distance of the villa. The water at Sapodilla Bay is very shallow for about 100 meters out. While we were there, it was extremely calm, with only gentle, lapping waves at the shore. If you want big waves, head to the other side of the island. It's only a 30 minute drive to Grace Bay, and it's definitely worth checking out the other beautiful beaches on the island. Just be sure to make it back to Sapodilla Bay for sunset. One thing that no one warned us about was the no-see-ums. They seem to come out at dusk, so be sure to use bug spray to avoid bug bites while you are enjoying the fabulous sunsets. If you are looking for a crowded, touristy vacation spot, then this villa is not for you. But if you want to be immersed in your own private paradise, you won't be disappointed.

The Villa Oceana has all the emenities you'd ever need on vacation, and it's beautiful all on it's own. Mix in the rich colors of the warm Caribbean Sea the white sand beach, and you have paradise! I look forward to seeing this slice of heaven again soon ! Owner Cindy Newman and Property Manager Dinesh Rampersaud were both outstanding people, and made the entire process run smooth ! We'll see you again for sure:)

This home was everything we had hoped for and more! The house itself is amazing and the pictures really do not do it justice. It's the perfect home for a large family or several couples because everyone has their privacy, but the common areas of the house are very suited to mingling and enjoying each others company (high ceilings and large common rooms). We made several friends staying in the surrounding homes and they are all beautiful, but we were extremely happy we picked this location. The pool was perfect, we used the bbq a few times, the kayaks were amazing... there is honestly not one thing I would change (especially now that Cindy, the owner, informed me she has purchased two stand up paddle boards for the house!)! There is also a fire pit that we used one night to make smores under the stars. The island itself is amazingly gorgeous. The water is beautiful and so serene. We were in the ocean everyday (obviously) and there was not a single day I went without swimming or paddle boarding with sea turtles right off our beach. The island is so small you never feel like you are far from anything so we went into the more lively Grace Bay a few times for dinner, but every time we were so pleased we had our private slice of heaven as opposed to dealing with the resort row full of tourists. I could go on and on, but my last point will be that the staff and owners are extremely wonderful and helpful. If we had any sort of question, we would call Dinesh, the property manager, and she would go out of her way to help us however she could. Dinesh and Cindy especially demonstrated their kindness when our flight was canceled because of a "historic winter storm" in the states and we were "forced" to stay on the island for an extra two days. Instead of stressing about checking into a hotel, we were lucky enough that the next family was not scheduled to arrive for a few days and Cindy and Dinesh were happy to help us out in our time of need. We will definitely be back!

We went for 9 days in October. We chose this villa after looking at many options online. The best part of this villa is it's location on Sapodilla Bay. Almost every day we had a private beach for the 6 adults and 3 toddlers all under the age of 2. The house was perfect for all of us extremely comfortable and very kid friendly. The home is well stocked with kitchen amenities, anything that you might need to cook a gourmet dinner. There is also a nice grill outside of the kitchen. The pool is wonderful and the kids loved the fact that they could climb in and out on there own and walk in it for about 1/3 of the length until the water was up to their chins. There are multipe outdoor locations to just hang out and relax. The home is stocked with rafts and pool/beach toys. The property has two washers and dryers! Villa management is exceptional, Dinesh is accessable, knowledgable and so very nice to deal with. We all felt that she really made our trip what it was with how she greeted us at the airport and then dropped us off. The home was stocked by her with soda, water and tons of fruit. After you go to the grocery store, you will know how expensive her welcome items really are. There were also fresh flowers everywhere in vases. Location is close to everything, 10 min to 15 minutes to the airport and grocery stores. Graceway Gourment is a bit farther, maybe 20 min. The island is so small, no traffic lights and easy to drive around. We rented a van from Gracebay Rentals, they were also excellent. We look forward to many repeat trips to this villa, it is a gem!

Villa Oceana is an absolute jewel! The house is wonderfully appointed with everything you could hope for to feel right at home... and all with an incredibly beautiful soft sandy beach (no shells or rocks or "critters" to worry about stepping on!) just a few steps away. Every view is breath-taking and although there are other homes on the beach, the lush vegetation provides perfect privacy. The pool that runs the length of the west side of the house is magnificent and even has a seating area with Jacuzzi jets. The owners offer the use of their two 2-man kayaks for use on Sapodilla Bay, or you could paddle a short way to the access path to Chalk Pond with its iridescent turquoise water if you'd like an alternate place to explore. Their house manager was over-the-top accommodating to satisfy any need or answer any question we had. We had initially considered staying on Grace Bay but are so glad we decided to stay on the south side of the island: the water is calmer and the sunsets are amazing. We did rent a car for the week, which gave us lots of flexibility to visit other parts of the island. We would definitely recommend Villa Oceana to our friends and hope to have an opportunity to come back for another visit in the not too distant future.

The villa is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Sapodilla bay is hands down the nicest, quietest beach on the island with wonderful sunsets. For another paddling venue, it’s easy to take Kayaks to Chalk Sound. We loved the seating areas at the beach and around the pool, which easily allowed both the sun-lovers and shade-lovers in our party to hang out together outdoors. We were met at the airport, given an island cell phone and an orientation to the house and the island, the house manager was very pleasant and promptly responded to all our inquires. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely return.

Wonderful location and a great house. The pictures don't do it justice. The mornings and evenings were particularly special with the house right on the bay - sitting on the beach to read, talk, drink coffee or have a glass of wine. Some members of our group were afraid there would be bugs - there were none. The house is off the beaten path but that was why we chose it - quiet and extremely comfortable. We had a problem with the DVD player and someone was there to swap it out the same day. We had a wonderful stay and would go back without hesitation.

We had an incredible vacation with our friends during our recent stay at Villa Oceana. The house was absolutely wonderful. You walk out to the pool and within steps you are on the beach sipping drinks. Sapodilla Bay is beautiful. The house is the perfect beach house. We had two families and had plenty of room. The separate guest house was great for added privacy. The added benefit of onsite security in the evening was wonderful. The kids loved using the kayaks everyday and running and playing in the sand. Access to jet skis right in the bay was very convenient and a blast. Provo was wonderful for great restaurants and entertainment. We certainly look forward to staying at Villa Oceana again next year.

After we arrived at Villa Oceana while the teenagers in the family checked out the beach and the other adults in our family went to the market, I simply slid into the pool and totally relaxed my mind and body. Our drive in from the airport was short and the driver was pleasant pointed out some places of interest along the way.The house was very comfortable and just steps from the beach. When you needed to get out of the sun all you had to do was walk a few steps to the palapa and sit in the shade with your beverage for a little while. Getting around the island was fairly easy after you got the hang of driving in the turnabouts. From fine dining to casual the resturants were great. There was also many other activities to choose from from sailing excursions to scuba diving to riding wave runners. My favorite thing about about this experience was sharing it with my family. I will always cherish the memories of my first visit to Villa Oceana and look forward to returning. And I will always be greatful to our dear friends who helped to make this vacation possible!

We loved our stay at Oceana in the Turks; what a fantastic get away. The house, the beach, the ocean, and the island all exceeded our expectations. My kids still talk about snorkeling right off the beach. The schools of fish were unbelievable, and I’ve been diving for over 30 years. The set up was perfect for our family, but we can’t wait to make a trip with just another couple. Thanks for making the house available!

Our stay at Villa Oceana was so memorable. Being in such a gorgeous tropical island with our family and having the comforts of home made our vacation perfect. The house is so welcoming and relaxing. We had most of our meals in and all the neccesary tools to prepare meals where in the kitchen. The bedrooms were quite comfortable. The living and dining areas are spacious. Most of our time was spent at the beach and pool which are steps away from the main house. We located a great grocery store on the first day and it had plenty of cold beverages. We had dinner at Magnolias one night and it was awesome. The airport is 10 minutes from he villa. Our overall experiece was great!

This was our 3rd trip to Villa Oceana and was even better than the last! The house has everything you could want on an island- huge pool, beautifully landscaped yard with multiple little relaxation alcoves and to top it off, just steps to Sapodilla Bay. Every visit has started with a wonderfully clean, and perfectly manicured house. Beach is as close to private as can be, rarely anyone around that you wouldn't mind striking up a conversation with. You definitely don't have to be worried about the pictures on their site being nicer than in real life, with this place, photos don't even do it justice! Cheers!

We rented Villa Oceana the first week of June 2009. The weather was perfect, the beachfront location on Sapodilla Bay with its shallow water was serene and soothing. The villa amenities were comfortable and relaxing. We usually rent different villas on different islands a couple of times a year. However, after renting on a different island in December of 2009, we realized that Villa Oceana was in fact our favorite Villa rental. So we're going back again at the end of May 2010. I suspect we will no longer seek out other island villas to rent now that we've found our perfect piece of paradise!

Villa Oceana is a beautifully appointed vacation home and is right on the most amazing beach in the Turks! The pool and beach setting are second to none and with children, your eyes can be on both at the same time! We loved the house and the way it was decorated! Beds are comfortable which is a must and having A/C is a huge plus! We stayed at a house in Taylor Bay before with no air and the beach and ocean were no comparison!!! The ocean is clear blue and it is very shallow for wading in the water and just taking in the gorgeous view! We would definitely visit Villa Oceana again!

We have stayed several times and have had a great time. The beach and ocean are unbelievable! The water is shallow which is great for young ones with gentle waves. The kayaking is lots of fun and you can rent jet skis in the bay too. The pool is very large but is great for little ones with a very shallow end or big kids with a large deep end. There is lots of space to enjoy outside with hammocks and lounge chairs. It is a tropical paradise! The house is set up with families in mind so it makes it an easy vacation. There are 3 bedrooms plus a guest house so it can accommodate a large group. The inside is open and spacious. We had a wonderful time!

We are repeat renters and are looking forward to our next trip to Villa Oceana! My family and I have been to many different islands in the Caribbean and Mexico and this is our favorite! Considering this house is directly on a soft sandy beach, this is a steal of a deal! The house has beautiful furnishings and is very clean and comfortable! But the most magnificent part is the beach and ocean. I have never seen such gorgeous sunsets or swam in such warm water! We always vacation with our best friends and their kids and this house was perfect for our 2 families. Restaurants were very good, albeit very $$, but that is to be expected when traveling different islands. The grocery store was clean and carried all the products we are used to getting here in the States. Owners answer all your questions and are always helpful with planning your vacation!

We have traveled all over the Caribbean and this is hands down our favorite house and island! It was perfect for our kids and so relaxing. The house was comfortable and the layout was perfect for our 2 families. The kids loved the pool and running back and forth to the beach. The kayaks were a hit for everyone. There are jetskis docked in the bay and you can rent them. The restaurants were surprisingly fantastic, but our favorite nights were grilling on the patio and watching the sunset!! The owners were very helpful and we are looking forward to coming back!
