We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arrive Balcony Studio. The apartment is small but provided most of our needs extremely well, though intending guests should note that it is three flights up. The balcony faces north so doesn't receive direct sunlight but it overlooks mature trees and is a pleasant spot to sit out on an evening. Andras the owner was there to greet us on arrival and is a very friendly, intelligent man who was extremely helpful. He provided lots of useful info on the local amenities, travel tips etc. All in all we were very happy with our choice, and Arriva Balcony Studio represents great value for money as a pied-a-terre in central Budapest.

Budapest is a beautiful place! This apartment is in the best location. Everything is within walking distance - sights, bars, restaurants, tesco express. The apartment is very clean, modern and has everything you need for your holiday. The countless restaurants are really cheap for meals and drinks. The cheapest we found was 50p per pint of beer!! Loved everything about it!!!!

Our trip to Budapest was perfect, also partly due to our stay in the Arriva Balcony Studio! We were welcomed by the friendly owner, who gave us a lot of useful information before and during our arrival. Also during our stay, he asked us by text message if everything was working fine, etc. The apartment itself was exactly what we expected it to be: fully equipped with everything you could possibly wished for, and spotlessly clean! Also, a lot of stuff seemed to be brand new (like the washing machine and the tv). The major plus about the apartment was the location: really close to the public transportation, supermarkets and in the middle of the Jewish Quarter of Budapest, full of restaurants, bars and clubs. Despite the location, the apartment faces the back of the building, which means you don't hear much noises at night. So basically ... we had nothing to complain about! Well, maybe one thing: the elevator of the building is literally from the 1940's and needs major renovation, but that's it...

I stayed in this beautiful apartment in January for three days with my girlfriend. Located close to the old jewish quarter we found many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Mr. Elekes, who gave us our keys was very friendly and really helpful. The apartment offers everthing you need. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice apartment in Budapest.

If you are looking for a cosy little home away from home for your stay in Budapest, and shun the luxury hotels, this is the place. Its central location in the Pest side make it ideal for forays in the city. There is an elevator, probably 1920's vintage with which you can take your bags up. Entering the studio you feel you have arrived: spotless, airy, a beautiful tree in the courtyard, a roomy bathroom, a refreshing color scheme. The balcony has been retiled, a nice place for an early morning coffee. The kitchenette has room for one but provides all the necessary appliances and the small table in the studio makes for pleasant meals. In the vicinity there are many places to purchase food, some open 24/7. Andras provided lots of thoughtful insight about the city, and the means of transportation. Again, a little home away from home

We had a great time staying at this apartment. Its in the center of the city, express Tesco just around the corner, beautyful view to a garden from the balkony. Really peaceful and reasonably quiet. The apartment is comfortable for 1 person or a couple, we would recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.
