BUILDING AND ACCESSIBILITY :
GETTING TO THE APARTMENT REQUIRES WALKING DOWN STAIRS (2 stories) even though the photos indicates that the apartment is on the ground floor. Please know in advance that the suite is in an old building. The hallway is not in good condition but the apartment itself is clean, well-appointed, tastefully decorated and in an amazing location! The shower and bathtub are traditional Japanese style (the bathtub is small and the shower is design to shower outside the tub).

My wife and my three teenage children stayed here for three nights when we were visiting our son who is studying abroad in Tokyo. The apartment is a rare find in this popular area for the price and privacy. There are 4 separate rooms that allow some privacy in a small space. There are 2 bedrooms with doors, the kitchen, and the bathroom. The apartment comes with a very reliable pocket wifi which was wonderful when we traveled around the city and especially loved by our teen agers. The owner, Leo, provided very clear and helpful information for arrival and during our stay. There are adequate cooking supplies, a working washing machine, and very clean towels and linens. Overall the apartment is well used, but generally surface level clean and appropriate for people who want great location and value without expecting perfection.

Great location 5 minutes walk from the rail station and shopping district. Plenty of local places to eat. Our 3 teenagers loved visiting the Lawson convenience store for late night snacks. The apartment was clean & very spacious with comfortable beds & plenty of closet space. Well equipped kitchen & the washing machine was a welcome bonus. Would highly recommend.

L'emplacement est plutôt bon, les consignes pour trouver l'appartement aussi. Par contre la communication avec le propriétaire est difficile et celui ci n'était pas présent a proximité lors de mon séjour, on récupère les clés avec un code type coffre qui est difficile à effectuer même pour les habitant de l'immeuble ! Après l'appartement est vétuste et plutôt sale, des prises électriques ne tiennes plus dans leur emplacement etc etc ! Les photo ne sont pas vraiment contractuelles de plus la peintures des murs et la baignoire de la salle de bain sont toutes cloquées ! Et pour finir le sommier a lattes du lit ne tiens pas en place on passe son temps à le remettre en place !

This is not my first time with this host, by first time in this property. The apartment is great. Very specious, with a separate kitchen area and a small back yard. The apartment is in a good condition and has everything you may need. It was also nice to get the manual how to get to the apartment and how to use its amenities.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We were there for a total of 7 amazing days. The rooms were beautiful, the view was beautiful. Perfect place for family and friends and 'hope to come back soon.

There is nothing spacious about this apartment. It is located two stories below the entrance with no elevator. The building smells as though there is a smoldering fire on the premises. The apartment itself smells worse. The premises are grungy and minimalistic, to say the least. Given the price, my wife and I did not expect luxury, but one towel per person and a used soap bar for a one week stay is less than adequate. Although the owner wrote us that he was going to bring extra towels and soap the following day, we did not last that long. We spent one night in the premises and left the next day, even though we had paid the full amount in advance. It was the best decision we made during our visit.
