A3 - CLASSY 2-BEDROOM, 2-BATHROOM, SEAFRONT APT IN BIGOVA, NEAR KOTOR

This spacious, newly renovated apartment is situated on the seafront of Bigova, a scenic village near Kotor. According to some , Bigova sunsets are the most romantic on the ontenegrin coast - and they're best enjoyed from our apartment's terrace.
The apartment comprises 2 double bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, balcony, back terrace, open plan living room-diner and fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. The sea-facing living room is filled with natural light and very spacious, and enjoys a lovely view of the bay. It has access to the sea-facing front balcony and a very large and private back terrace, both furnished. Master bedroom is spacious, with a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, desk, bedside cabinets and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also fully furnished, including a small double bed (120cm wide). There is a sofa in the living room which converts into a double bed. The flat can sleep up to 6 persons, but we believe it to be ideal for up to 5 adults (or 6 including small children). All rooms have quality floors and contemporary furniture. The back patio is fully equipped with terrace furniture and is perfect for quiet relaxation moments times. The apartment is situated in a manage building called Portobello Apartments and the service includes weekly cleaning with bed-linen & towels change, free Wi-Fi and free parking.

We occupied two apartments in July 2014 (B5 - a 2 bedroom, and an B6 a 1 bedroom). Each have a private entrance and are connected with a huge terrace, so they were perfect for our family holiday. B5 was beautiful, recently renovated, contemporary look, while B6 was very comfortable, unusually large (could easily sleep 4), with a front terrace and a small back patio. We dined al-fresco at the front terrace a lot and were well looked after by the friendly staff. The beach is right in front of the building, as is the restaurant. There is a shop about 50m away , with all the basics; and several large supermarkets can be found on the way to Tivat. The apartments were clean, pleasant and well equipped. Bigova is wonderfully relaxed and calm... just what the doctor ordered for us (we live in London, so the difference was huge and welcome). There's little nightlife other than eating out in two local restaurant. But Kotor, Tivat and Budva are a short drive away and great to visit. We had a perfect holiday. S. Glynn 2014
