Ocean Terminal and Leithas fashionable waterfront restaurants are a pleasant stroll along the banks of the Water of Leith. The apartment was fully furnished for all that you would need in a self-catering apartment and had a luxurious lay out with a beautiful surrounding. All desirable retail stores and attractions are within a 15 minute drive from the apartment making it a great place for those who love sight-seeing. It was a very pleasant experience for the family and we would definitely recommend it to others and plan on returning for another holiday in the future!

We stopped for a weekend stay with 4 of us . The apartment is in a good position and anyone who is used to a walk would have no trouble walking into the centre of Edinburgh as we did The instructions on how to find the apartment were very good and we found it clean and well prepared There was parking just outside using a window display permit provided The beds were comfortable and although the bathrooms could have done with a little work , everything was working fine We had a pleasant stay and would recommend Powdehall Apartment as we felt it was good value for the price for 4 of us

We booked this apartment 10 weeks whilst working in Edinburgh. The apartment is clean and has all the household equipment with the added benefit of internet. The area is very quiet with some lovely walks nearby. The tram on York place is only a 10 min brisk walk. Edinburgh is a very pritty city
