This property was very impressive: beautiful facade, intricate detailing, high ceilings. The hosts were very helpful, overall a great experience.

The apartment is on the first floor, but above street level. The apartment building is charming, located very near fabulous restaurants on Duluth Ave and just a couple of blocks from Parc La Fontaine. The kitchen is well-appointed and large and the apartment features three bedrooms and three baths (two en suite). We were able to sleep five people comfortably. The apartment building has a full washer and dryer in the basement available to all four apartments in the building; the washer/dryer allowed us to pack lightly.

Location was perfect, beautiful area! Condo was spacious, comfortable and very clean, great for a larger group. Would love to come back in the summer!

This 3 bedroom apartment was beautifully decorated. The owner was very responsive to an issue. It was within walking distance to good restaurants, shopping, groceries, and the Metro. The only issue was that one of the three bedrooms had a very low bed. It was better suited for children and young adults. We were three senior couples and that low bed was difficult to get out of and difficult to make in the morning. We would have given this six stars if it had a normal size bed in all rooms.

We spent 5 nights at Villa Napoleon with our teenage son and daughter and all had an excellent experience. The apartment was large, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was also well equipped. The location is a short walk away from many restaurants and shops and is only a 10 minute bike ride from Montreal old town, port and main shopping area. The owner was very helpful with communication about the rental.
