Gazing out over the Caribbean from the Sea Breeze Hills area of the Cap Estate, the four-bedroom Villa Equinox is a wonderful St. Lucia find. Close to the most popular beaches and destinations, it is also a private world of its own with amazing views and premium services. Visitors enjoy the services of a cook, housekeeper and manager, in addition to the high-end amenities contained in the villa itself.
A focal point for most guests is the stunning pool terrace. Not only does it lead your eye to the amazing views, but it features an utterly charming pool. Free form, it is spanned by a foot bridge that leads to the far end of the terrace, but it is also capped by a gorgeous gazebo. With blue and white tile work and a warm stone sun deck, it is sure to be a favorite destination at all hours of the day or night.
The pool is framed at one edge by the lush and expansive lawn, and a stately row of oversized sun beds creates another sun deck with impressive views. The villa is divided into two structures, with a smaller cottage by the pool and the main villa just a few steps above. The main villa also offers a plunge pool off of the terrace.
From the upper level verandah, you enter the enormous and airy great room. Done in a pale palette of white and sage green it contains the casual and stylish living room along with the formal dining room. This space leads to the full-sized, gourmet kitchen, and with high ceilings and glass block walls, the entire villa seems to capture both the light and air of the setting.
The bedrooms are all designed as luxury suites and they range from four-poster queen suites with large, private baths and stunning views to dual single suites with private baths.
Ideal for families or groups of friends, the Villa Equinox offers you comfort and luxury in a fabulous setting.
The rental rates include: Welcome upon arrival and villa orientation, housekeeping and cook services 6 days per week (9am > 3pm), pool technician and gardener regularly, villa manager on call and utilities (water, electricity, BBQ gas / charcoal, WiFi Internet coverage). A very well laid out villa, well kept and spacious. The house keeper / chef was of good quality. The location has superb views and the pictures on the web site are accurate We like to walk, but due to its remote location everything is a drive and there is nothing local to walk to. A car is an absolute essential.
