Very clean apartment. New furniture but wardrobe is missing. Good location. Near u bahn and tram stations.

Mikrowelle war sehr dreckig, Zimmermädchen kommt 15 Minuten vor angesprochenen Übergabe mit drittschlüssel einfach rein. Keine wiedergutmachungsmail vom Vermieter, gar keine Reaktion auf 2 Mails. Keine Kofferaufbewahrung möglich. Heißt wir standen trotz Flug um 18:00 Uhr mit Kleinkind und Gepäck um zehn auf der Straße und würden aufgrund der Wohnungsbetretung durch die Putzfrauen auch noch mehr oder weniger sehr pünktlich zum Gehen aufgefordert. Die Wohnung sei eben direkt ab zehn wieder vermietet hieß es trocken. Die Fotos sind vor Erstbezug gemacht. Wohnung sieht größer aus als sie ist. Plus verschmutzte, nicht tapeziert Wände, kaputte Stühle. Haus ist alt und wirkt schnuckelig. Einzig die Lage war gut.

Es gab einiges zu bemängeln. .. wie zum Beispiel: Kalter Rauchgeruch / trotzmehrfaches Lüften Staubige Heizkörper/ im Wohnraum und Badezimmer Kaffeemaschine war extrem verschmutzt. ..Scheuerleisten Teilweise kaputt ..die Wände brauchen dringend Renovierungsarbeiten Die Stühle sind teilweise am Leder kaputt. ..die Gardinen müssten dringend mal gewaschen werden

Nel complesso direi ottimo puntuali all appuntamento nel dettaglio direi solo alcuni muri da pulire alcune lampadine mancanti forse un po' carente in cucina (bicchieri, posate varie....), ma nel complesso vale i soldi spesi.

Wir hatten das Apartement in der Costagasse 6, 2. Stock. Zur U-Bahn, mit der wir direkt zum Stefansplatz (8 Minuten Fahrzeit) fahren konnten, gingen wir 3 Minuten. Also wirklich optimal gelegen, auch in einer ruhigen Gegend. Dafür, dass am ersten Tag, über uns, um 7 Uhr und am letzten Tag (Feiertag) um 8 Uhr geklopft und gehämmert wurde, kann der Vermieter nichts. Die Wohnung war recht nett mit IKEA-Möbeln ausgestattet und sehr hell beleuchtet. Allerdings hat die Wohnung schrecklich nach altem abgestandenem Rauch gestunken, obwohl es eine Nichtraucherwohnung war. Aber offensichtlich erst seit kurzer Zeit. Sie müsste gründlich gereinigt und frisch gestrichen werden, dann würde man nichts mehr riechen. Für uns war es sehr unangenehm, trotz vielem Lüften und Kerzen anzünden.

Das Apartment war super. In der nähe der Hofer zum einkaufen, die Metro 2 Straßen weiter, also von der Lage her Top. Das Apartment war super eingerichtet, die Küche war auch ausreichend und das Bad war auch sehr schick. Wir hatten am ersten Tag Probleme mit Heißwasser, aber der Vermieter der Apartments war schnell da und konnte das Problem lösen. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Wien fahren buch ich auf jeden Fall wieder ein "Traditional Apartment".

L appartement est propre et calme. Il est un peu petit mais c est suffisant pour 4 adultes. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu et la personne que j ai eu en ligne à tout fait pour arriver le plus vite possible pour faire notre arrivée, ce qui est appréciable. Le seul problème rencontré est l accès au parking. Impossible de rester stationner devant l appartement sous peine de se voir enlever sa voiture par la fourrière. Nous avons donc trouver un autre parking car celui ou nous devions aller était fermé pour travaux. L appartement est situé pas très loin du tram ce qui est appréciable quand vous n avez pas de moyen de transports. Il vaut mieux visiter la ville en transport car en voiture c est très compliquer pour se garer et les parkings au centre ville coûtent très cher. Si vous voulez vous garer en ville, il est nécessaire d acheter un ticket et vous ne pouvez pas rester plus de 3h00 sur certaines places, les autres étant réservées aux riverains.nous avons privilégier les parking sous-sol présents près de tous les lieux d intérêts.

My wife and I enjoyed a 3-night stay in Vienna in mid-September 2014. This apartment is located on a quiet back street on the west side of the city. It is on the first floor and there is elevator access. Although there is no immediate vehicle parking, there is underground, multi-day parking available for 14 Euro a day several blocks away. The unit is basically one large room with an attached bathroom, but it is extremely well decorate and comfortable. There is a small clothes washer and although no dryer, there was a useful drying rack. The bathroom is well sized by European standards and has a very good shower. The kitchen area is very small and there is no oven, but it does have built-in counter-top burners and a microwave - all adequate for short stays. Of the 4 House Trip properties we stayed in on this trip, this was the only one that charged for cleaning. The owner/contact, Andreas was very helpful and responsive to our emails.
