We want to rent our beautiful house out. The house is a classic black North Zealand house. The house is situated on a large secluded plot with forest and private garden near the water. The house is completely renovated in the beginning of 2017 and all furniture and beds are brand new. Accommodation and architecture is light and Nordic inspired. The house is about 500 meters from the sea. The house is suitable for 12 people
Just 500 meters from the beach lies this delicious house on a large beautiful and secluded plot with own forest. The house is built in the charming and classic Nordic cottage style with large and bright rooms, wonderful materials and clean architectural lines. The house is black and white. It is open to the ridge in every room, so you have a nice airy feeling when walking indoors.
The house is completely restored with respect for the old and cozy style. A new stylish kitchen with dishwasher and new refrigerator / freezer and induction cooker. The kitchen acts as a natural part of the large living room in the house, so the family can be together and enjoy themselves while you cook.
There is a nice wooden deck where you can enjoy the sun right up until the sun goes down ... (125m2)
The decor in the main house is good and spacious with great kitchen / dining area, 3 bedrooms, as well as a newly renovated annex.
Annexe: The annexe is decorated a little delicious cuisine, so you can make a cup of tea and coffee, cook soup, brushing teeth, etc. There is also made a little nice sitting area with a nice sofa and cozy lighting, so you can sit and relax in the annexe.
The main house includes a stylish bathroom with heated flooring and a new large luxury shower with large shower head. If you want to bathe outside, so you can enjoy the great delicious outdoor bath which sits on the north side of the house. The outdoor bath is located private and secluded and has both hot and cold water. 'Also in the evening where you can enjoy the clear starry sky while you get a hot bath. It can really be recommended.
The house contains a living room, dining area for 12, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with brand new double beds. There has been purchased 12 new duvets cand 12 new pillows that are ready in the house. There are also sheets + linen and towels etc.
The house must be left in clean condition. This is done by the tenant before departure. The tenant can also buy cleaning of the entire house. If you wish cleaning should be notified at booking. Then we add the amount of the booking.
If you buy cleaning, the guest must himself emptie the waste, clean the refrigerator, clean the oven and wash used bed linen and towels. Also put the duvets and pillows in bedrollers. This is not included in the cleaning. The house must be left in a reasonable condition for cleaning. If there is very dirty "beyond the usual and acceptable", there will be an extra bill on this part.
If cleaning is not required, the house must be left in a fully cleaned condition. If there are any defects in the final cleaning, an amount will be charged corresponding to the amount of defects. There are cleaning remedies in the closet in the one bedroom upstairs. If you use the last of some of the cleaners up there, make sure to buy a new one and put in the house, so there are the next ones arriving.
We calculate the electricity consumption in the house. 2.50 Dkr per KwH. When the tenant arrives at the house, they take a picture of the electricity meter and send to the landlord, and they do the same on departure. Then, the tenant requests the amount of usage when the stay is completed. Water is free.
Everything in the house is available. We have a small closet locked for private things. Otherwise everything is open.
We live in Frederiksberg and can assist with practical matters and information if needed.
In high season you can only rent the house from Saturday - Saturday. The high season is the period from the last week in June til last week of August.

Nice cottage, located on a small garden. The house is nicely decorated, close from the sea and you will enjoy the very quiet place. Unfortunately, the owner is not really interested in your experience, and mostly only care about the house, thus you will discover that the cleaning conditions are very poor. In fact, you will only have the state of what the previous people made. 1. You will have to spend some time finding the right sheets to prepare all the beds you will need. 2. Careful with the cleaning, we have found bin with remaining garbage in the shed, a washing machine full of mold - absolutely disgusting - and a shower with a pipe blocked by a tuft of hair - not ours of course. 3. I also would not recommend 12 people to sleep here, the best would be 6, as others will have to sleep on couch or mattress on the floor, and they won't have curtain on the windows. 4. Finally, we were charged 100 Euros for cleaning, but we still had to do it ourselves regarding the owner's "conditions" (washing the sheets, cleaning the kitchen etc.). For this price you can definitely find better deals, with a proper cleaning upon arrival.
