I live on the 3rd floor of a six-story building next to the port and 15 minutes (on foot) from the beach. Each floor has one apartment. My apartment has two north and south balconies, allowing for excellent airflow. You can also use air conditioning or heating, but it's not needed for most of the year. I have PRO-DIGI 10 Gbps high-speed internet. El Grao is an old fishermen's town connected to Castellon de la Plana. There are several bars and restaurants on every block and a market every Friday. You can find grocery stores, butchers, markets, tech stores, clothing stores, repair shops, and everything you need within five minutes of walking. The public transit is excellent unless you plan to leave or come home between 23:00 and 5:00. El Pinar Park is 10 minutes from my place. It has playgrounds, a pool, BBQS, and more.
