Near NYC, spacious, clean and safe apt.
Sweet Sunday Morning
True to some conceptions of a Brooklynite, this home reveals an inside look at the life of a travelling musician. Hung on the walls are several string instruments and bookshelves are filled with records – passions that will undoubtedly inspire any passer-by. Select a soundtrack and set it to play on the record player, while you pour yourself a glass of wine. It's relaxing moments like these, that offer respite from the buzz of New York City living. Soak in the bright ambience of the bedroom boasting leafy plants and relaxing, earthy hues. The home's fabulous, bohemian styling can be credited to actress Annie McCain Engman who designed the space to accentuate its classic NYC style aesthetic in a creative and laid-back manner. Feel at home when getting down to some work from the window-side office area, or better still, why not turn on the projector and watch a movie on the big screen? With so much to see and do in the happening distr...More Details

Chandelier Life
This home has been designed solely as a rental space, so it’s lacking in some of the warmth and character you would find in a personal home. But we were won over with the large size of the bedrooms and the sociable, open-plan communal area. The location is also very convenient as it is very central and easy to get around to different parts of the city. There is not much around the home in terms of nightlife, so it might be better suited for a family vacation. * This is a purpose-built home so it is missing a certain lived-in charm * While the location is central, it's not in a very vibrant or lively area * There is a Smart TV but not much else in the way of entertainment options Air Conditioning Bathtub Carbon Monoxide Detector Central Heating Coffee Maker Cooking Essentials Dishwasher Dryer Extra Pillows and Blankets Freezer Fridge Gym Hair Dryer Hangers Hot Tub Iron Kettle Kitchen Kitchen Utensils Lift Access Microwave Multiple...More Details
Tinted Whispers
In a little-trafficked (by Manhattan standards) corner of the Upper East Side, Heirloom provides you with a haven to retreat, away from the bustle normally associated with the city. That calm feeling has clearly influenced the interior design as well, with certain nods to Scandinavia, and nice variety of houseplants. The kitchen’s a draw too, with a good set of appliances (although no food is provided). It’s set over two floors, with a terrace split over two levels as well, so even if you decide to use the futon, it feels like it’s big enough. *The apartment's on the fifth floor, and there's no lift\n *There are also stairs inside, which are quite steep\n *Two people can sleep on a futon in the living room\n *Unfortunately, the host doesn't provide anything in the way of ingredients, not even tea and coffee*This host requires your check-in to be within 7 days from the last booking. If you are unsure if your dates will work or for hel...More Details
NoHo Serenity
This stylish loft apartment in the bustling SoHo district really screams out authentic NYC living. On the edge of Greenwich Village, with typical brownstone buildings, coffee houses, shops, and restaurants right around the corner, you'll be able to live out your New York dream with ease. Stepping inside, you'll find a wonderfully bright and open living space, with double height ceilings and large windows, framing typical NYC views. Sink into the modular sofa and unwind with a good book after a day of sightseeing. We love the blend of industrial brickwork and wooden floorboards with homey decorative details – from the teeming bookshelves, thoughtful artwork and interesting decor dotted around. Practically, you couldn't ask for much more a beautiful chef's kitchen that will make preparing breakfast and home-cooked meals a breeze. There's also two home office spaces, ideal for those visiting on business. Plus an impressive double bedro...More Details

East Village Charm
A home as large, as elegant, and as characterful as Woodberry is too much to describe in this space. The photos give a good impression, but even then, it has to be experienced before you really understand how good this place is. Stanton and his family live here, and it’s clear how much love went into the design. There’s something evocative about staying in a Brooklyn brownstone, whatever it’s like inside, but when it’s like this, you feel like you’ve hit the jackpot. *Like all brownstones, there's a flight of stairs up from the street *The basement has a laundry room and a wine cellar, but it's not quite finished yet *As a family lives in this home most of the time, you might come across some of their things, and some of the bedrooms are clearly designed for children *They also have a dog, and while he won't be around during your stay, but it's worth knowing about if you have an allergy *There are a couple of pull-out single beds in ...More Details
Just a stone’s throw from Central Park and a plethora of museums, eateries and shops, it’s easy to see why this NYC apartment caught our eye. Tailor-made for two, or a solo traveller, although space may be limited in this studio apartment, you’ll find everything needed for a comfortable stay. While there’s plenty within walking distance of this home, with the 4,5,6 \u0026 Q trains nearby, hopping across the city is a breeze when you want to explore further afield. *There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home. *The bathroom in this home is small and feels slightly dated compared to the rest of the apartment. That said, it has everything you need to get ready for the day. *This home is located within an apartment building, with a shared entrance. Expect to bump into other guests during your stay. *Parking in New York can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to the easily accessible pub...More Details
