Renovated country house close to beaches and towns
Casa Raminhas is part of our property that we renovated over the last years. The house used to be a small country house on a large plot of land. There are two living rooms, each with a heater for the colder winters. One living room is attaching the original house to what used to be a bread/smoking room and is now the kitchen. This living room has windows that open all the way for a cool breeze in the warmer months. The living room in the original house is a cozy area that remains cool on even the hottest days. One bedroom has a queen size (160 by 200cm), the small bedroom has a single bed (90 by 200cm).The bathroom has a regular and a rain shower. There is a large private terrace. The house is situated on a large plot of land with multiple (shaded) sitting areas. It is close to cities as Olhão, Moncarapacho, Fuseta and Tavira. Even Sevilla is only two hours away.
