Roman Serenity
Boughs is hard to do justice without experiencing it first-hand. It’s all about the living room, with its wooden beams and terracotta tiles making it a really warm and welcoming space. In comparison, the rest of the flat seems underwhelming - the kitchen’s a bit small, and the bedroom a little spartan - but most things would struggle to live up to that living room. And if that weren’t enough, there’s a level of care that’s gone into the hosting experience at every level, from the mattresses to the toiletries provided. *The kitchen is quite old and very small - it doesn't currently have a freezer or a dishwasher *The interior is on a few levels - you'll have to go up some steps to get to the kitchen or the bedroom *Guests 3 and 4 will be on a sofa bed in the living room Air Conditioning Balcony Black-Out Blinds Board Games Buzzer / Wireless Intercom Carbon Monoxide Detector Central Heating Child Friendly Coffee Maker Cooking Essenti...More Details

The Piazza's Delight
With its quaint cobblestone streets, bearing a delightful tangle of ochre-hued architecture, artisan cafes and vintage boutiques, the residential district of Monti offers a community feel and proximity to the main sights. You'll find this home tucked away in this creative part of town, just behind Oppian Hill. Here, you're within a ten-minute walk from the Colosseum, the Basilica of Saint Mary Major and the Roman Forum. Inside, it's a timeless combination of white walls, wooden floors and high ceilings. Newly renovated interiors promise a want-for-nothing stay, especially in the bathrooms – beautifully decorated and equipped with contemporary fixtures. We especially love the open-plan living area, with its cosy lounge and fully-equipped kitchen. Here, floods of sunlight stream through the large windows, creating a peaceful atmosphere primed for relaxation. Spend mornings roosted around the dining table for espressos and pastries befor...More Details

Three Dimensional
The way Onsen is laid out makes it quite an unusual flat. You have two separate suites, each with its own kitchen (and each available to rent individually), which share a small courtyard. It’s the kind of place that, if misjudged, could be quite soulless, but luckily that’s not the case here. The design, heavy on plants and nods to Japanese culture, fits the space perfectly, and amplifies the brightness and sense of space. And while there isn’t much entertainment on offer (most notably, there’s no TV), the streets of Monti outside should provide all the entertainment you need. *The flat is made up of two self-contained suites that share a courtyard *There's no TV in the main communal area (though the bedrooms do have one) *One of the bedrooms doesn't have bedside tables *One person can sleep on a sofa bed Air Conditioning Bathtub Black-Out Blinds Buzzer / Wireless Intercom Cafetiere Carbon Monoxide Detector Central Heating Coffee M...More Details

A Roman Rhapsody
This beautiful home is the epitome of everything Roman. Stylish and sophisticated, it's been designed to represent what this city is all about. A mix of period features and a sleek, modern finish (particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms) have made for an upscale stay that’s brought to life with personal touches. The living space is comfortable and inviting, with an artificial fireplace that illuminates the space and a huge TV inset into the wall, a tall window and a wall painting at the dining end – making for the perfect spot to enjoy a few glasses of red together. Bedrooms are smart and bright, and the murals add character and recall the city’s many frescoes. Vatican City, Castel Sant’Angelo and Piazza del Popolo are all just a fifteen-minute walk away, while the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Campo di Fiori are just twenty-five minutes on foot. Plus, the immediate neighbourhood is known for its great shopping and its numerous cafes a...More Details
