Thanks for visiting my listing. I include many facts as when I travel & look for room I ignore those with only 50 words. Was fully booked 5star airbnb host for 5 years but no longer wish deal with " minor dust in corner" reviews for cheap,leading city, accommodation. Room good as ever but can't bend to those 'last corners' any more. A 4 star hotel in France at $400/night may have more dust! So take me as you find me-- cheap, cheerful, sometimes with dust in one corner but always clean bathroom, meal and wine to offer if you are tired and good breakfast included.The reviews on this website attest my love of guests and helping. Sans Souci has a ' Je ne sais quoi' about it. Locals know it's special.
