My home is in Bray, Co Wicklow. It is very close to the seafront and the local train station(train to Dublin) is a 10 minute walk. Bray town centre is a 15 min walk away with a good selection of cafes/bars and a library. My house has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms with a nice big kitchen and sitting room. Nice back garden for sunny days ! Plenty of parking space too! The Beach is very popular for walks at all times of the year and there are a number of Festivals on during the year including a very popular Jazz festival.
