Atmospheric cottage in the old mining village of Lampinsaari, a two-storey, 78 m² traditional wooden semi-detached cottage in Lampinsaari, approximately 26 km northeast of Oulai and 84 km south of Oulu. The location is peaceful and village-like, in the heart of the old mining village - here you will find outdoor trails and a genuine village atmosphere. The cottage, built in 1959, has been renovated and is comfortably heated with district heating. Downstairs there is a large living room, kitchen, separate toilet and one bedroom (80 cm wide bed and mattress as an extra bed). Upstairs there is an electric sauna, a toilet-washroom with a washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and another space connected to the bedroom, with an 80 cm wide bed and a folding 70 cm wide extra bed.
