Welcome to my summerflat in Ramsar just by the Caspian Sea! Ramar is one of the most Royal cities in Iran as much as you can notice this in architecture of some districts. For instance so called "Casino Boulevard" is magnificently designed to be an accurately straight line from the Old Palace of The Shah located on the Alborz foothills to the Casino located at the beach. Definitely worth a nice 2 kilometer evening walk just before the Sun hides behind the mountains and there are yet hours to the actual sunsets time! The sunrise of course you can view from your balcony while having a cup of coffee or meditating...
