A modern yet cottage-like feel in a capital city sounds pretty hard to find, but this maisonette in Fulham is sure to delight. On this peaceful street of terraced houses, you’ll feel right at home as you enter the large living space. The decor channels a mature English country vibe that you might not expect in London. Distressed wooden frames and an antique-style map bring some old-time charm to the living space. Sink into plush sofas in pale pinks and neutrals, and get comfy on floral, patterned cushions. But upon further inspection, the ultra-modern kitchen and bathrooms contrast everything about this decor. The surprises continue with the architecture itself – the mezzanine floor over the living area is a rare feature, as is the private roof terrace. This brings a continental vibe to the otherwise traditional elements of the interior, especially when you throw a rooftop barbecue into the mix. If you ever manage to descend from that p...More Details

Few homes feel as instantly impressive as this. Upon walking through this spacious five bedroom home the first thing that hits you is how consistent and considered its minimal aesthetic is. At times the space feels more like a zen temple than a traditional home, modelled after the renowned minimal architect John Pawson. Style truly meets substance here whether it's the pool table in the living room, the cinema room and of course lest we forget the astoundingly spacious private gym on the basement level. * Be aware that this home is truly minimal in style through and through, those looking for a more decorative aesthetic should look elsewhere * There is a tube line that runs nearby, despite triple glazed windows, some noise can still be heard from it* The basement-level master bedroom does not feature any curtains or blinds, so prepare for some natural light intrusion during the day there * This is a very spacious home, so needless to ...More Details

There are a lot of high quality aspects about this home that we really liked: the location in Knightsbridge is a sought after and idyllic spot, the kitchen appliances are all top range, there's a Sonos sound bar (for great movie nights) and even an individual sauna which is an unexpected treat. The home has a minimalistic style and uses consistent neutral colours to help extend the feeling of space in an otherwise fairly small home. Be sure to try the Japanese-style deep soak bathtub or wake up under the large rainfall shower in the master en-suite. *The home is set over three floors so there are plenty of stairs here. *It's a space much more suited to adults than families with kids. *There is a bath in the master en suite, but it's a Japanese-style, seated bathtub, which might not suit everyone. *There's air conditioning here, but not in the kitchen. *You won't find a manual or handbook for this home, but your host should be on hand i...More Details

Bursting at the seams with character, this delightful home echoes the spirit of its surroundings. You'll find it in the East End of London, nestled in a leafy row of red-brick townhouses, each boasting vibrant entryways. Here, you're within walking distance of Shoreditch High Street, Broadway Market and Columbia Road. Visit the latter on Sunday mornings, when the street blooms in a flurry of flora and foliage for the weekly flower market. From the offset, this home certainly makes a statement. In true East London fashion, you're greeted at the door by a timeless blend of exposed brick walls, high ceilings and timber floors. Though dig a little deeper and unearth what can only be described as a treasure trove of relics. Each light-flooded room boasts an eclectic array of antique furniture while colourful artwork drapes cheerfully from the walls. With a cosy lounge and fully-equipped kitchen, the open-plan living space provides the perfect...More Details
This South Kensington townhouse is definitely one of the largest homes we have had the pleasure to visit — it’s set over eight floors, so it’s sure to provide a palatial-style experience. A roof terrace, two kitchens, three living rooms and walk-in wardrobes the size of a small apartment are just a few of the highlights. We particularly enjoyed the drawing room on the first floor which features a twenty-foot antique tapestry and sleek lacquered wall panels. The cherry on top is the exclusive West London location — not only are you five minutes' walk from the V\u0026A and the Natural History Museum, but you can also see the top of the Royal Albert Hall from the roof terrace. * As an incredibly large home set over eight floors, there are plenty of stairs here* While there is an internal elevator in the home, it only reaches the third floor* There are portable air conditioning units available, but no built-in cooling system in the home A...More Details
Coralie has effortlessly combined stylish design with character and warmth to create an immaculate family home. We loved the delicate balance of family-friendly areas (the gorgeous open-plan kitchen) with rooms that feel sophisticated and mature, such as the sumptuous master en-suite. The neutral colour palette gives the home a calming, peaceful feel, reflected in its location opposite a lovely park. As an added bonus, the home has many high-tech amenities, including a huge Smart TV, Sonos speakers, air conditioning and remote-controlled underfloor heating. *This is a large family home with five floors so there are a lot of stairs inside*The fifth bedroom is currently set up as a study/office with a full double sofa bed which can be pulled out as per the guests' needs (we currently don't have a picture of this room) *The fourth bedroom is only suitable for younger children as it has a cot bed*This home is in a residential neighbourhood...More Details
