Wonderful 2 bedrooms Apartment Marina Wharf
Beautiful and modern apartment located on the 26th floor of the Marina Wharf 1 tower and has an area of 135 m²! It can accommodate 4 people with two bedrooms.
Both bedrooms have extra comfy king-size beds, so you can sleep on the clouds after a busy day visiting the city. Both rooms are naturally well-lit thanks to the large windows overlooking the canal; they also have plenty of storage space.
The rest of the apartment has a modern living room with an incredibly large sofa, dining area, smart tv with streaming services like Netflix, wifi and AC, and incredible views on the canal. The modern kitchen has all the amenities you might need for a comfortable stay, such as fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, etc. Moreover, the apartment has 3 bathrooms in total, 2 of them with bathtub and one with a toilet, all equipped with hand soap, shampoo, gel, towels and hair dryer. You can also relax on the beautifully furnished balcony with breath-taking landscape views where you can have a snack.
Marina Wharf 1 is a part of a two-tower complex. Located in Dubai Marina, it is composed of 29-storeys. Offering a waterfront living, Dubai Marina is known for its luxurious and high-end skyscrapers.
The tower has great facilities such as covered parking, high-speed elevators and 24-hour CCTV monitoring. There is a BBQ area and a community garden. Moreover, there is a gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, and jacuzzi that add a touch of luxury for residents. All the fitness facilities are modernly equipped; the gym in Marina Wharf 1 has all the necessary accessories required for a good workout.
