Countryhouse Bruckmoser at the Schneeberg Region - be active or relax!
This country house offers the ideal starting point for hiking - and cycling trips. The immediate distance to Vienna (70km) makes the home office attractive and relaxing days in nature can be booked at short notice. It is located in a small side valley of the Piestingtal in a very calm environment.
The 80m2 holiday-house itself offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a great view of the Schneeberg mountain, a bedroom with a double bed, 2 single beds in the living area which also offers a bar, bathroom with shower, a toilet, tiled stove and heating; a HIFI system, TV and Internet access are a matter of course;
Private parking is available free of charge
In Pernitz you will find 4 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, doctors, a therapy center and a pharmacy. Some restaurants and cafes, a lounge bar, a Chinese restaurant and a kebab take-away spoil you with culinary delights.
You can spend lazy days in the public swimming pool in the municipality of Pernitz or in the Waldbad of Markt Piesting.

Hikes & Excursions: Waxenegg on foot from the house, Myrafälle-Steinwandklamm, Jagasitz and Kreuth (8km), Rax and Schneeberg (Puchberg approx. 20km), Hohe Wand Nature Park (approx. 30 minutes), circular hiking trails in and around Pernitz e.g. on the Hohe Mandling and many more.
Horseback riding in Miesenbach for lessons and rides
In winter, the Unterberg ski center, the Maumau meadow and the Leitner lifts for beginners and children can be reached in short distance.
This region can also offer something cultural: the interesting Waldbauernmuseum in Gutenstein, the Gauermannmuseum in Miesenbach and the Servitenkloster with the pilgrimage church on the Mariahilfberg in Gutenstein
The communities in the area organize farmers' markets and folk festivals in the summer.
Arrival is by private car or also by train via Wr. Neustadt possible. Pick-up from the Ortmann train station can be organized.
The house is also gladly rented out to business travelers or worker groups.
Important Notice: The owner holds the close by "Heuriger" which is open on three days per month. It gives you the opportunity to visit a 100 year old "Gaststube" and meet the people of the village and surroundings or enjoy a "Brettljaus'n".

For short time rentals 25% deposit upon reservation, the rest in cash on arrival.
For monthly rent a down payment of 1 month as deposit is due at reservation date the monthly rent within the first 5 days of each month. If you cancel up to 6 weeks before the date of arrival, 25% of the deposit will be kept as cancellation fee. For cancellations between 6 weeks and up to 24 hours upon arrival, a 80% cancellation fee will be charged. If canceled shorter than 24 hours upon arrival the deposit will fully be kept, so no refund is granted.
