Our house is in a beautiful villa area with gardens. Since our children are already adults, we would like to rent two rooms to students. We have a very friendly dog. You can be in Vienna in 40 minutes. We speak fluent German, English, Italian, Spanish, French, Chinese and a bit of Korean. My husband and I are both academics and very sociable :) We offer two bedrooms with a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. The residents of the two student rooms have the kitchen and bathroom all to themselves. You are also welcome to use our terrace and garden. We live very nicely and yet centrally in a safe and upscale residential area. The elite university ISTA Maria Gugging is very close by. We like to chat every now and then. It is 1 minutes walking to the Metro Station of Heiligenstadt which is Metro line U4 and Fast train S45 have stops there, and it takes 10 minutes to the centre of Vienna by Metro U4. It takes also 1 minutes to a branch of Danube River which is called Danube Chanel (Donaukanal in German). Supermarkets (Billa & Hofer) are on the corner and 1 minutes by walking.
