MY ADVERT IS TEMPORARIlY SUSPENDED TO HOUSE TURKEY EARTHQUAKE SURVIVORS-Excellent location in Dalston / Stoke Newington N16 (Zone 2, North-East london). The flat consists of 2 double bedrooms, a double room sized lounge, medium sized kitchen and toilet-bathroom. I am the only person you would be sharing with. It is fully furnished. The bedroom that is available has a double bed with a memory foam mattress, a chest of draws, a desk & 2 chairs and an inbuilt wardrobe. The rooms are keyed for maximum privacy. Washing machine, Dishwasher, fridge freezer and Cooker all provided for shared use. And some house rules: Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Brutal honesty: I am looking for a lodger, not a friend to socialise with. I am a private person and would like to relax in my home in peace and quiet. Please do not expect much from me in the way of socialising but expect plenty in respect of politeness and courtesy. If you are looking for a clean and quiet home after a hard day's work or study, you found it. Both long and short term lets are possible (minimum 1 month). Transport links: busses number 73, 476, 236,141,21 are all 4-5 minutes' walk away. Dalston Kingsland station is 10 minutes' walk away. Canonbury and Stoke Newington stations are 15 minutes' walk away

Having met Hal, I felt like we were old acquaintances, he is very pleasant to talk to! He will advise you on any issues you may have and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He has a small flat on the upper floor, but it is very clean and minimalist. The neighbours upstairs can be noisy, but hopefully that will change in time. The area itself is quiet and there is a lovely park with lakes, deer and goats in paddocks 15 minutes walk away. Staying here is my recommendation!

It has been a great experience. Hal is a very nice person, always ready to help when you need it. The flat is cosy and clean and the room is comfortable. I really hope to go back there when I travel to London. Thank you Hal!
