Ideal for couples, singles, business people and tourists! *large, bright bedroom with a comfy double bed. *Two end tables in the room. *Huge built-in closet for your things with lots of draw space. * Hangers are provided, as are extra sheets, towels, pillows and blanket. * large modern en-suite private bathroom with a shower. * Blackout blinds to help you sleep * Hair dryer * locking bedroom door with a key provided. * Basic toiletries * In-suite bathroom * 2nd guest bathroom * FREE ACCESS TO NETFlIX *The kitchen has a coffee maker, 2 kinds of juicers, rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle. *There is also a microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans and washer and dryer. *There's a spacious living and dining room combo with a breakfast bar. *Complimentary tea and coffee. *Internet/WiFi is available, but please bring your own laptop. * Desk, chair and printer. *There is no TV or Cable, however, if you bring your own laptop, you can use my Netflix or Hulu account for no additional charge. My home is located 20 minutes from Quito airport in a quiet suburban neighborhood - a beautiful and exclusive area of Cumbaya in a gated-community with security. There is a small park in the neighborhood with a basketball court and grassy area for picnicing. It is less than a 5 mins drive away from Scala Mall and Paseo Mall. There is a food court in both malls with lots of shopping options. There are also movie theaters in the malls and a huge medical center that is probably the best in Cumbaya. Also, within 5 minutes of the house are banks, gyms and many restaurants. There are also a number of international schools and a university nearby. I hope you'll enjoy your stay here in Cumbaya!
