My wife and I stay in this 149 square meter apartment During the few months of year.located in the heart of Flamengo park and short walk to the beach, has an excellent location near transportation, restaurants, supermarkets and a variety of stores and pharmacies. We have a nice living room, dining room and balcony facing the forest w / 4 chairs and nice table. It Also contains a big kitchen with a round table (seats 4) as well as area service and maid's room and bathhroom. We do not cook at home but the guest is allowed to use the frige, the micowave sandwich and toast maker .It is not allowed to take food and beverages to the room except water We stay in a double suite, and the guest book for the small one Which is plenty of closets, air conditioning and TV in the suite, as well as a complete bathroom with hot water The neighborhood is very quiet so I recommend it to people who like to tour the city and landmarks. I dont recommend to ones wishing to live the night life. It is avaiable Also a free parking space outside to park the car in case you have one. We dont have kids and do not accept kids, only traditional couples, man and woman or one or two women .We have free wifi and tv on premises. It is not permitted to smoke or drugs in the apartment. or in the entire building.
