Very expensive Laundry & Cleaning costs

I booked this property for a relaxing holiday in verbier. It wasn't the cheapest which I couldn't believe it was true . But the catch was that the laundry and cleaning fees were not included and not very clear when I made my booking. Only to discover that I have to pay chf 200 when I arrived! That was very disappointing. The other thing is that the property was advertised with a good view. We were disappointed because it was a ground floor and not having a good view as a first or second floor. No wi-fi!! No microwave!! The sofa bed was too small. Only fits young children
