Great location and Amenities

At only a few meters from Placa Catalunya, las Ramblas, and a Metro station, this apartment proved very convenient and accessible for most of the activities we had planned. Additionally, two supermarkets on the same block, one of which was open 24 hours a day, made our groceries shopping easier and convenient. My only complain with the apartment is that some of the stored bedding and the curtains had not been cleaned for a while. Dust was readily released if you interacted with those.

Perfect location

Great access to all forms of transportation (bus, metro,airport transfer) in Barcelona. 1 minute walk to Catalonia Placa and Ramb!as. Great tapas , shopping and nightlife nearby. Priced reasonably and we'll maintained.

Prachtige locatie

Prachtige locatie met zicht op Placa Catalunya. Mooi appartement met een paar kleine minpuntjes: 1. Te weinig glazen voor 6 personen. 2. WC vult af en toe niet bij en bij navraag moesten we even aan het reservoir schudden; daarna weer OK. 3. Verwarming in de 2e douche geroest en kon wel een verfje gebruiken. Jammer van die puntjes want verder was alles prima!

Clean, central lovely apartment, welcoming owners

We're always nervous when booking abroad, especially when booking for a group on behalf of friends and or family but this apartment was exactly as described. A clean, safe, quiet, 5th floor apartment (with lift). Amazing central location off the square at the top of Les Ramblas, where there is an underground train station and a drop off/ pick up point for the airport shuttle bus all a 1 minute walk.

Großes Appartment im Herzen von Barcelona

Das Appartment liegt zentral in der Nähe von Bus- und Metrostation (3 min.). Es ist gut gesichert mit Alarmanlage, so dass man sich dort sicher fühlt. Es ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, d. h. das Sofa könnte erneuert werden - wir haben uns nicht darauf gesetzt. Die Badeinrichtung und Badheizung müssten gepflegt werden. Das Bad, die Küche und die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Wichtig zu wissen, ist, dass die Doppelbetten ca. 1,40 m breit sind und für zwei Personen etwas eng. Das größte Schlafzimmer liegt zur stark befahrenen Straße und ist deshalb auch sehr laut, auch nachts. Wen das nicht stört wird das Appartment lieben, da man von dem kleinen Balkon aus das Barceloner Leben gut beobachten kann. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels klappte reibungslos und Senora XXX ist sehr nett.
