In a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 8 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 400 m2, swimming pool angular, heated (7 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May.-15.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 8 km, sandy beach 8 km pebble beach 8 km, public bathing area 8 km. Villa Matija

Das Haus ist überragend schön und liegt in einer zauberhaften Landschaft. Die Vermieter sind super super nett. Unser Sohn ist behindert und er wurde ganz herzlich empfangen. Er und wir hatten Mega viel Spass im Pool und die Düsen haben alles rund gemacht. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen und für uns gibt es ein wiederkommen. Danke

Kommen gerne zurück

Wenn man durch Kroatien fährt, dann sieht man viele Ferienhäuser, deren Standard sich beim Bau auschließlich an die Nützlichkeit orientierten. Um so lobenswerter ist es,wenn XXX und XXX sich für ihr Haus anders entschieden haben und historische Bausubstanz erhalten haben. Es ist ihnen gelungen die traditionelle Bauform mit modernen Ansprüchen an das heutige Wohnen in bester Weise zu kombinieren. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus mit seinem perfekten Pool war uns stets ein Vergnügen. Wir werden gerne an diesen Ort zurückkehren. Herzlichen Dank für sehr gastfreundliche Tage.

Wunderbare Villa mit einem kleinen Minus Punkt!

Sehr schöne neu renovierte Villa mit einem kleinen Minus Punkt! Nette Vermieter, die dir jeden Wunsch erfüllen. Pool sehr sauber und ausreichend groß. „XXX“ Grill im Aussenbereich. Nun zum kleinen Minuspunkt: Da das Haus ein Selbstversorger-Haus ist, wäre ein zumindest kleiner Geschirrspüler von Vorteil! Das ist aber kritisieren auf höchstem Niveau! Ansonsten Traum-Villa.

Urlaubsdomizil

Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit Käse, Sardellen, Brot, Eier und Begrüssungssnaps empfangen. Es wurde mehrfach nachgefragt, ob es an „irgendwas“ fehlt. Der Pool wurde während des Aufenthaltes mehrfach gesäubert.

Angenehmes, modernes Haus

Superschönes Haus, das wir vorgefunden haben, wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Ortschaft Crikvenca ist ca. 9 km entfernt. Als Ausgangspunkt um die Ortschaften wie Senj, Crikvenica, Rijeka, Insel Krk zu erkunden fanden wir es ideal. Das Haus selber ist sehr schön und mordern, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Den Pool selber konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da es dafür (Durchschnittstemperatur 20 Grad) leider zu kalt war.

Wir kommen wieder

Die sympathischen und sehr freundlichen Gastgeber empfingen uns mit einem kleinen Imbiss. Das authentisch und im Detail sehr sorgfältig rekonstruierte Haus war zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool und die Terrasse wurden harmonisch in das Gesamtobjekt integriert. Alles in Allem beste Voraussetzungen um einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Bei uns hatte leider das Wetter nicht ganz mitgespielt. Wir werden es aber nächstes Jahr wieder versuchen.

We have rented many houses in the past decades, but this one was one of our best experience. The house is a gem. Very beautiful, all is new, well tought and well decorated. The pool is fantastic, we spent a lot of time outside, enjoying the terrasse. The location is really nice, we found plenty of things to do while being in the most quiet environment and beautiful Croatian countryside. And the very best... the owners of the house. We had the most perfect stay thanks to their awesome sense of welcome and kindness. We rarely met people so devoted and we are very thankful for everything. Thank you so much XXX and XXX! 5 stars all the way - more thand highly recommended. Nous avons loué beaucoup de maisons ces dix dernières années, mais celle ci a été l'une de nos plus belles expériences. La maison est superbe, toute neuve, bien décorée et tout est bien pensé. La piscine est fantastique et nous avons passé beaucoup de temps sur la terrasse. La maison est très bien située, nous avons trouvé beaucoup de choses à faire et en même temps nous avons apprécié la tranquillité de la superbe campagne croate. Et la cerise sur le gâteau... les propriétaires. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour grâce à leur sens de l'accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous avons rarement rencontré des gens aussi consciencieux du bien être de leurs hôtes et nous leurs en sommes très reconnaissants. Merci de tout coeur XXX et XXX! 5 étoiles, hautement recommandé, n'hésitez pas une seconde.
