Eleven minutes from this art-lover's destination, you’ll find an equally inspiring apartment. This charming penthouse-style home was recently renovated but has retained some gorgeous traditional features. You’ll find the decor really works in harmony. We love modern touches like the metal dining table, with the wood and metal chairs, and a large industrial-style hanging lampshade. Then tradition comes through with elegant furnishings mixed with colourful hydraulic floor tiles, high ceilings, and chunky wooden beams supporting the doorframe. And what’s even better about this door is that it leads to your own private roof terrace – our favourite spot in the home. Gaze out to terracotta and pink hues of neighbouring buildings in the district, standing out against bright blue skies. With an outdoor dining set and plenty of room for entertaining, we recommend chilling a bottle of wine and setting up a platter with some local Catalan cheese and juicy olives.
* As the bedroom is interior-facing, you won't get a striking view (but you've got the terrace for that)
* At full capacity, two guests will be sleeping on a double sofa bed in the lounge
* You can leave your luggage after checkout, but please note that the drop-off spot is in another building nearby
* There's step-free access to this home, but there are several steps up to the terrace
