Only a four-minute drive brings you into South Cerney, surrounded by calm meadows, yet ideal for a day of splashing about canoeing or paddleboarding – whatever floats your boat. In the opposite direction is Cerney Wick, a nineteen-minute walk away and perfect for a pub lunch at The Crown. When you're in the mood for some adventure, put on your comfies and walk The Cotswold Way for miles of lovely strolls and panoramic views of the countryside. If you're travelling during the summer, go to Hill Barn Farm's Cotswold Lavender farm and spend the day roaming the fields, snapping photos, and enjoying tea and a slice of cake in the Cotswold Lavender tearoom. After all of these activities, return home and relax in the luxury of your own home, gazing over the lakes, enjoying the sunset, and maybe even firing up the barbecue.
