The only difficult choice at this home is whether to slip into the swimming pool on the terrace or walk a few footsteps to the crystalline turquoise shallows of Payne’s Bay Beach for a dip. Should you need to stock up on supplies at the supermarket or want to head out for fish cutters and rum cocktails, Holetown is a ten-minute drive away.
Apart from a private pool, the terrace is home to sun loungers, a big dining table for alfresco meals and a lounge area for cocktails at sunset. The space between indoors and outdoors can be blended by opening the big glass doors into the living room. It’s an open-plan, social space where the whole group can gather, be it for a round of drinks at the marble-style breakfast bar, around the dining table or on the plush grey sofas. Bedrooms are luxurious and the fifth comes with its own private entrance, kitchenette and sitting area for those that value privacy above all else.
