Reef Pearl // Family Beachfront on Grace Bay Beach // Amazing Snorkeling!

Beachfront on world-famous Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, Reef Pearl is a lovely 2 or 3 bedroom beach house which offers a multitude of amenities, including a private pool and access to world-famous Grace Bay Beach.

Reef Pearl is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront villa in the Turtle Cove area of Grace Bay Beach, which will accommodate a party of 4 or less (including babies and children). With a private pool, pristine beach with comfortable seating, and a location just a short walk to 5 restaurants and Turtle Cove Marina, Reef Pearl is a very special place! Enjoy the multiple amenities of this Caribbean villa. The villa is divided into two separate units: a one-bedroom apartment is located on the beach level, complete with a kitchen and living room, pool table, and a king bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This lower level is included only if you book the full, 3 bedroom option, which is required for groups of 5-9 guests.

Upstairs offers a two-bedroom accommodation, which is accessed by an exterior staircase. The upstairs has a large inviting living room, furnished kitchen, a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom, and a master bedroom with a king-size bed that can also be split into two twins, with en-suite bathroom. The upstairs enjoys a lovely wrap-around porch with beautiful turquoise views of Grace Bay!

• Private pool, BBQ grill, two kayaks, a pool table, beautifully manicured lush grounds, pristine Grace Bay Beach, and a gated private driveway.

• Guests will receive final instructions with directions to the villa and a property manager will meet them at the villa for a short orientation.

• Turtle Cove is a walkable neighborhood with 6 restaurants and many excursions departing from the marina.

• A rental car is the best means of transportation for reaching the grocery store, other restaurants, etc.

• AC is metered in order to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given an AC allotment of $150 per week; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.
• A rental car is the best means of transportation for reaching the grocery store, other restaurants, etc.

The host was super accommodating and welcoming prior and during the trip. The listing was accurate, there were actually more fun toys and perks available to use than the listing suggested.... like a brand new golf cart that was super fun! We had an amazing time and I would 100% recommend Reef Pearl. Turtle Cove is very central to lots of restaurants/bars. My group was really happy we didn't stay in Grace Bay which was too touristy and crowded for our taste. Reef Pearl was the perfect house for us.

The location on Grace Bay Beach was gorgeous! We were close to top restaurants at the marina and a short drive to the resort area, but our very private beach was away from the crowds and we could swim out to snorkel on Smith Reef. The house came with a private pool, and a beautiful hot tub overlooking the beach that comfortably sat 8 and was a favorite. We also had snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle boards, glass bottom canoe, pool toys, bikes, a cabana overlooking the beach with lounge chairs, and a golf cart that carried 6. Downstairs there is a game room with pool table, foosball table and darts. We had a great blender for boat drinks, 2 full size washers and dryers and basics for cooking like spices, foil wrap etc. TC Villas was great to work with and the owner of the property even stopped by to make sure everything was perfect. Our entire family loved every minute of this vacation and loved this property.

We stayed the middle week of February. Would recommend this place and the island in general. We would love to go back. And if we had the need for a 3 bedroom we would definitely repeat staying here. Weather. Nights and morning were in the mid 70s, days were in upper 70s and low 80s. A few days had constant winds about 20mph but the majority were calm. Water temps were mid 70s. This feels cool when you first dip you toes in but if you jump on in it is very pleasant. After you got all the way in the water We never felt like it made you cold, or that we were forced out because we were cold. Don't expect bathtub temps but warmer than a cold shower. The water at the beach was calm even on windy days the waves never got big. We had 3 kids under 7 and I can't think of a safer beach for them. The 4 year old couldn't swim but was not a factor because the depth right at the beach for the first 25 yards was only about 2-4 feet max. The reef right off the beach is better than any off shore snorkeling we experienced depth 0 feet to 20 feet. The property came with plenty of beach toys for kids. There were 2 stand-up paddle boards. 2 kids kayaks. 1 adult kayak. Plenty of flotations. Snorkeling gear, masks snorkels and fins. Aqua shoes of all different sizes. Beach towels. 14 Beach chairs. The golf cart was a great plus. Made for quick trips back to the house for drinks and snacks a breeze. The house is set back 100 or so yards from the shore. The second floor balcony has a great unobstructed view of the ocean. We greatly enjoyed breakfast on the balcony listing to waves breaking on the reef. We only needed to run the air-conditioning at night. The house stayed the right temperature all day just by keeping the windows and doors open allowing the breeze to blow through. Pool water temperature was just a little warmer than the ocean. There was a picture of a playset that was not there and a hammock that also was not there. The reck room with pool table was nice but with how nice the weather is we never really used any of it. Bed rooms were spacious. In the room with the bunk bed and king we had a 3 adults and 2 kids everyone slept comfortably and had plenty of drawer space and closet space. Plenty of on site parking. The house is basically 2 units with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Each unit has a living room and kitchen that are open plan. The upstairs balcony wrapped around 3 sides of the house. We rented 2 cars. rental cars gave us great flexibility to explore the island. There are plenty of excursion to chose from. We didn't pre book any of them until we got to the island. Island vibes has a tour Evey day and I highly recommend them they were very fun and the boat is smaller so not as many people. some of the other excursions only run on a few days I suggest checking them out first thing when you get there. Food cost is expensive everywhere on the island. Figure 2-3 time the cost that of the same type of food in the states true for both grocery and restaurants. Example a box of fruit loops was $15. And diners we're about $50 a person. There is so much more to say about this place. We were overly pleased with this house and it exceeded our expectations. Love Love Love this place.
