the house in the Caribbean

Wonderful luxuary villa, large porch with lounge chairs and dinnertable (you can light it in the evening for more romantic), private swimmingpool with pooldeck and chaires, trendy furniture, full equiped kitchen, bedroom with wic and airco, secured parking, living with flat tv and wifi.
The house is very private, safe and protected, behind a private entrance with remote controled gate.
Very central located, close to the beaches, supermarkets and malls, lot of restaurants and the old city.
Curacao is a very nice island with friendly people, most of them also speaking Engish.
You can pay everywhere in dollars.
There is twice a day a direct flight from Miama airport. Lot of car rentals.
There are two 18-holes golfcourses, Blue Bay Golf and Old Quarry (designed by Pete Dye) and another 9-holes park course. The houseowner has golfsets available.
Boattrips, sailing, fishing, beautiful diving spots (possibility to get your PADI), horse riding, and more.
We are shure you will have a wonderful time in our lovely villa on this Caribean island!

This is a beautiful place. What you see in the pictures and the descriptions are what you actually get. The place is centrally located in an upscale neighborhood with restaurants, stores, and good local places to eat nearby. Mambo Beach is about 2 miles or a 10 minute drive away. This place is so well equipped all you need to bring are your toothbrushes. The pool area is stunning with beautiful outdoor furniture and it is very private. Peter and Wilma, the owners, are friendly and very caring. I highly recommend this place and would love to go back. Curacao is a great island to visit.

This was the perfect place to come home to after a day of diving or island excursions. The pool was private and refreshing in the hot evenings and there's an outdoor shower that was convenient to rinse my gear or just cool off. I enjoyed the house and all it had to offer, a beautiful open living space and well equipped kitchen to cook or prepare all the fresh produce I picked up at the floating market or stands along the way. The neighborhood is very nice and it's walking distance to a park where you can see the flamingos. Peter and Wilma are very nice hosts, and when I had to stay an extra day because of Hurricane Irma they were very gracious and generous to let me stay "as long as I needed".

We had the most relaxing time at Peter & Wilma's Villa. We were greeted by Peter & Wilma at the airport. They took us on a mini tour of the Island. When we arrived at the Villa we were impressed more the the photos could convey to us. The Villa was very well equipped. The surroundings were just beautiful with the pool and privacy. It was in one of the upscale neighborhoods so safety was a non issue to us. There were plenty of restaurants with in a 5 minute drive. We opted to stay in more then usual to enjoy the pool and Villa. We grocery shopped and BBQ on the Weber Grill the was at the Villa. 100% satisfaction - and would highly recommend.

if you are from north america especially if planning more than a 1 week holiday beware!! this is not a fun experience open air concept sounds nice until the free roaming dogs wander in. and the mosquitoes and flies invade. till the wifi signal comes and goes at least 3o times a day until the high tech/low touch internet based tv freezes up till you wait 6 hours to do a laundry load and see there is no dryer! till you go paranoid over using electricity which is meted out by meter till you discover all the settings markers on the oven are worn away till you discover traffic in either direction 3 times a day is like la freeways and the list goes on. it was an expensive and hard lesson to learn about renting off internet sight unseen..so caveat emptor!
