When looking at a rental, it's the location and description of the space that usually earn your booking. Kate and Joe's space is located only a short walk from Hatchobori station making it an excellent choice for anyone interested in exploring Tokyo or visiting Tokyo Disneyland Resort. Getting there from NRT is really easy, and the station is a perfect spot for relatively painless rides to major tourist sites. The space itself is clean, well-furnished, has solid wi-fi, and is spacious for the area. The bed is comfortable, the futon is large (can confirm it's big enough for people 5'10"), and the AC blows cold. The towels provided are of good quality and the bathroom is super nice! But none of this is the best part about this rental. What makes this excellent rental memorable is the quality of service given by the hosts. From the amazing guidebook they provide to all their guests to the prompt responses to any and every small question you may have during your stay, Kate and Joe prove themselves to be the most capable and accommodating hosts I have encountered in my travels. Really, if you're thinking about visiting Japan, Tokyo especially, do yourself a favor and book their rental. You'll be thankful you did!

Kate and Joe arranged their apartment very well. Everything was available even in a small space. Very clean and near all shops and train stations. Only thing was the gas stove had a problem being lighted automatically because the batteries of the lighter had run out. Otherwise we had no problem.

We stayed here with our two young children and found this apartment to be perfect for our needs. Very clean and larger than we thought from the photos. The location feels more like a local residental area (so very quiet) but still within an easy 10 minutes of Tokyo Station and Ginza. There is a big playground a five minute walk away. Also three decent food stores within a one minute walk. Kate and Joe also provided excellent directions which made finding the apartment easy. Highly recommend.

All I can say is WOW! This place really is a home away from home with everything you need and can hope for. It was perfect for myself, wife and five year old daughter. The location is great with a very short walk to the subway, the neighbourhood was lovely with everything you need. We were very sad when we had to leave, if we ever return to Toyko this is where we would stay again. Highly recommend!

Accommodating hosts which volunteers plenty of information of what’s around the area and how to navigate. Location is also superb as it’s only 5-8 mins walk to the JR station Hatchobori which is only one station from Tokyo station. Unit is also on the large side compared to other accommodations in Tokyo.

We stayed in this condo for 15 days. It is larger than other places offered for rent. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for 2 persons. Its location is perfect - just few minutes walk from JR/Subway Hatchuboro station and easy transfers to all Tokyo JR/subway system. There are several food markets and restaurants close by. Everything is explained in detail (including with video clips) in the guide from our hosts Kate & Joe, who are very professional, accessible and accommodating. They responded to all our questions/requests immediately. The WiFi in the condo is fast and also the portable WiFi router is very useful. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much and would recommend it to friends & relatives visiting Tokyo. Kate & Joe, thank you for your hospitality!

We stayed here for eight days. It's a nice clean apartment and near to all transport, and plenty of food shops around the area. Very quiet in the evenings also. Kate and Joe were very helpful, answered all our emails instantly as we were unsure about some things. Thank you very much for booking our return journey to the airport, it saved us a lot of worry. We highly recommend this apartment
