Air source heat pump, WiFi internet connection. Upstairs: bedroom with one 120 cm wide bed, supstairs lobby with 2 beds, balcony. Steep stairs to the loft, downstairs child safety gate. The nearest neighbour is 350 meters away, another neighbour is located at the opposite side of the lake (hardly visible).
