20 km northwest of Kajaani, lake Oulujärvi 30 m (length 70 km, width 20 km), shallow water (for a long way), sandy bottom, pier, rowing boat. There's a slight slope on the way to the waterfront. The customer's own boat landing possible, public boat launching place 3.5 km away. Wooden cottage, built in 2006. On the ground floor living room-kitchen, living area with sofa bed, sauna (electric soapstone stove), bathroom / WC (shower stall), covered porch. Upstairs a room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed for 2, terrace. Entry to the upstairs via porch stairs. Entry to the sauna and shower through porch. Underfloor heating on the ground floor, 2 TVs. Air-source heat pump with cooling fuction in upstairs. Barbecue hut, lakeside sauna also available by agreeing with the owner. Carport.
