The house lies directly at Siemenspark and Jungfernheidepark and has a good connection over U-Rohrdamm to Jungfernheide S41/S42. If you are coming to Berlin and are looking for a central and green area this might suit you. The room looks into the patio/garden, is furnished and has a small fridge, two cooking plates and an oven. The main kitchen can be used as well (incl. the dishwasher). Since the kitchen is part of my living room it can be used till 7 PM. Towels and bedding are provided. I live here with my dog so if you are allergic or afraid of dogs, this place is not suitable. When visiting Berlin I highly recommend staying in Weissensee / Prenzlauer Berg. This place is very near for all major places for Berlin. 17 minutes to Alexanderplatz and 25 minutes to the Brandenburg Gate. It really is the best place to get a real flavor of true Berlin life. I enjoy sports and teaching German language, learn Russian language and make music on the trumpet. I will be more than happy to give you some tips to enjoy your trip in Berlin. You can get a bike. In the street in front of the house there are 2 tram lines M12 and M13. 1) Here there are one apartment with 2 sleeping places and separate entrance for guests only. More importantly, Balances sits smack dab between some of Berlin’s most famous, and most important, sites. From the high ceilings to the vintage mid-century furniture and Moroccan style tiles, small treasures are hiding around every corner waiting to be found.
