Outside Description: The GANGERHOF farmhouse, part of a working farm, is in a sunny, panoramic position in the district of Emberg, at an altitude of approx. 800 m. Access from Kaltenbach 2 km on a small mountain road. Supermarket 2km. Adventure thermal baths in Fügen 7 km. Parking spot. The landlord lives on the 1st floor and uses other rooms on the 2nd floor. The apartment is mostly rustic and simply furnished. 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, which is open to the stairwell. Predominantly wooden ceilings/panelling. Wooden floorboards, laminate and tile floors, carpet floors in two bedrooms. Satellite TV. Internet access (WLAN, € 17 per stay). Heating. Winter info: Approx. 200 m from the snow-covered and floodlit valley descent to Kaltenbach (see ski map). To the valley station of the Hochzillertalbahn via the piste 1 km.
