Slightly raised above Copenhagen’s busiest shopping street, Strøget, Pantomime is right in the action. We love the cosy window seat that allows you to enjoy all the hustle and bustle from a quiet afar. It might not be luxurious, but it has some cool features like the industrial-style wall divider, marble-clad bathroom and the retro Vissevasse posters. Due to its size and sleeping arrangements, this home is well-suited for a small family or group of friends that enjoy each other's company. * The design is on the simple side – it feels a little like a hotel and it's not luxurious* This home is right next to Strøget – you might be able to hear some noise coming from the street below now and then* Guest 3 and 4 would be on a sofa bed in the living room* There’s currently no home manual – you’ll have to ask for help on how to use the appliances* When we visited, we noticed some scuff marks on the walls here and there* There are some fake pl...More Details

Right on the water at Øster Hurup Havn, this stylish home is purpose-built for relaxing stays on the beach. With a couple of restaurants on its doorstep, along with a stunning beach and the yachts in the marina, it's a haven for lovers of the coast. It's built in a traditional fisherman's hut style, cutting an angular, black figure against the shore, and we absolutely love the view from its private terrace.Inside, big windows make the most of the scenery and there's a modern log burner for cosy nights in front of the fire. Contemporary styling with monotone shades is pepped up with bright pieces of modern art, and it's well kitted-out for families, with a board game collection and four comfy bedrooms. And for a treat, there's a whirlpool bath and a private sauna tucked away in the bathrooms. *The TV channels are limited to Danish and German*You'll need a car – this home comes with private parking*There's laptop-friendly workspace at th...More Details

The Viola is a love letter to purple. We find the colour in all shapes and sizes from chairs to tablecloths, violet to lilac in this home. There’s even a purple Arne Jacobsen Swain chair, which is not something we see every day. This three-bedroom home’s got oodles of character and it’s in a great location, too. And we especially love how The Viola isn’t afraid of bright colour or mixing and matching playful elements with Danish design classics. * This is a lived-in home, so expect to share the space with some of the host’s belongings like clothes and toys* When we visited, the wifi wasn’t as fast as we would like it to be* In true Copenhagen fashion, the bathroom is on the basic side* As this is a lived-in family home, two of the three bedrooms are clearly set up for children* This home is located on the second floor with no elevator, so be prepared for some up and down* It is located close to Nørreport station, which can get noisy at...More Details
